This is such an inspiring video, with amazing points of view.
The only thing that I don't agree with, is when the women asks the little girl, "what do you think is the best part about being a CYW is?"
My response would have been.... It's not about teaching children how to be "a better person", but teaching children and youth how to be the best version of themselves.
I'm not sure if that makes alot of sense... but personally I feel if children believe that they need to become "a better person", it means that there is something wrong with who they are.... There is nothing wrong with who they are, and with the right support and guidance they can learn how to overcome many obstacles in life, that will help them become the best versions of themselves.
They're already good people, they just need help and guidance to build better self esteem, and to help make better decisions for themselves, and in which will make a difference in the world. ❤️

Bazibuhe Muhabwa I’m in school right now to become a child and youth care worker and want to work in refugee camps and work internationally. What was your work like under UNHCR? How might someone accomplish that?

Amazing video and really goes deep into what it means to be a Child and Youth Care Worker. However, I do wish they did not cut off what the quote said at the bottom of the picture, I really wanted to know what it was.

Thanks for speaking your minds, this is what I've been looking for, a lot are just about promoting a college program. I've been searching about this career and I'm unsure whether to go into this field. So thanks for making the video.
