I’m definitely interested in a deep dive video on the new town mechanics and land claims etc! It’s pretty different and I’m still very confused about the mechanics of it.. especially regarding farming
DadSpeed is still up on a late version 9 instance. They have stood up a version 10 Test server to get a feel for where things are regarding performance, bugs, and balance. Probably just a few weeks yet before a DS 10 Live is announced, but it is coming for sure.
That new smelter is a slightly updated model of Glassworks, but some other crafting tables got a new models and they are awesome! :D

Me too! I stepped away for a bit waiting for this new version, but I think there's a lot there to unpack and new ways to approach the game.

I wonder if research has changed beyond the land claim rewards for reading scrolls, otherwise it seems much less important
