Cozy is good because it keeps it low maintenance and cheaper to cool . It also keeps the squatters out of the house as well, which unfortunately can be an issue that damages relationships in the philippines.

I would not buy a home unless it is all hollowblock . Those 50/50 homes don't last and won't withstand a major typhoon.
