Huge respect for the guy to have the control to not throw a punch back instinctively. Muscle memory is a powerful thing.
Really it's not that hard. It's a very common exercise in most martial arts where one person can only defend and the other one has to attack. It's to train dodging and using footwork to get out of line and come up from the side.
@@mw-tj6ob exactly, you learn this especially when you spar with the women at the gym. I literally throw 4% power against all the soccer moms but I do go hard with the pro women, they’re mean.

I really like how nice the ufc guy is basically letting people hitting him and he is so positive
So I did a year or so of training at a mma gym. We didn’t have any UFC fighters but a few of the regulars and the teachers had professional fighting records. It’s nice to see a fighter and a gym at the top of the game reminding me of my old dojo. The way he was encouraging the first participants is 100% like the people I used to train with. Yeah, they can dominate but they choose to make it fun and share in camaraderie and just try to turn you onto the sport. Then the fella at the end getting a taste of humble pie was also similar. That was a fun video.

I liked Zach, he's super confident but not cocky about it, of course way too optimistic but not disappointed about it. Could be whipped into a fighter for sure! Also Dominic was hilarious and Briana landing one for her height out of shape and without training is pretty good! That was fun to watch :)

Sometimes the kids that I know in my neighborhood like to challenge me and since they're smaller and not very good, I'm kinda supposed play as if I don't know what I'm doing so I don't hurt anybody by getting too physical. The last guy watched all of Dragon Ball Z? In a week? Assuming an average length of 22 minutes, for 291 episodes, that would have meant he spent 15 hours a day watching DBZ. Although to be fair, he did probably skip the Garlic Jr saga. Cuz no one watches that except to pleasure themselves to Maron.

Garlic Jr and the otherworld stuff with goku and pikkon between cell and buu can be skipped (but the otherworld saga should not be, it's great). But also he could even have just watched Kai, which is significantly shorter.
Kristoff is one of my favorite fighters. Something about the guy is positive and noble. I loved him on the ultimate fighter his personality is great and he made a really good addition to the show. I can't put my finger on it but looking at the guy instantly makes me think back to the old days with swords and shields, horse and buggies. Either that or he reminds me of some of the shop owners in skyrim lol
