Vegeta's self explosion is I think called Final Atonement in DB fighting games.. so I go with that attack name. It's where the player consumes all his stamina, ki and HP bar in one whole explosion to defeat the opponent.

A few answers to your questions Uch :-
1. Vegeta's self sacrificing attack is called 'Final Explosion'
2. Jiren couldn't sense Android 17 coming from behind because 17 hasn't got any energy signal since he's an Android
3. If you observe closely from Ep. 109 & 110 and the current episode, Jiren's powers and capabilities have diminished like crazy! I mean he wasn't even at 100% and he defeated UI Goku like he was nothing. And now Goku, Vegeta and 17 were properly landing punches and exchanging blows with Jiren. I guess the Zenkai Boost gave a massive power-up to Goku and Vegeta OR it could be that Jiren isn't fighting with the focus he had before. C'mon Uch I'm sure you must have noticed that too!
As far as 17 is concerned, he literally blew himself up to save Goku and Vegeta. He did SO much for U7 to survive all the way to the end. Other than Jiren's sad and dark history, someone please tell me who had the guts to rip Jiren's uniform on the back like 17 did. Always in our hearts.... #ThankYou17

My boi sacrificed himself, used tactis this whole tournament, used the fact that android powerlevel CAN NOT be detected for a sneak attact and actually WOUNDED Jiren, tried to disturb Jirens focus by talking about his past to get an opening and finally protected Goku and Vegeta for the final showdown. 17 is the mvp of this whole thing. No matter what happenes from now on its because 17 did his thing. He lasted way longer than anybody thought, especially longer than more popular characters, eliminating people along the way and coming through in the clutch. 17 for MVP

As far as I’ve seen, all the video games call Vegeta’s self-sacrificing move Final Explosion. Idk if it’s cannon or not, but if it is, it keeps up the “Final” techniques like Final Flash and Final Shine(if you count that)

I'd like think about us fans like that we db/z/s fans are very mixed, some of us are gohans, they always like to give informations and try to explain to others, we vegetas and zenos who get feeling switches quickly, trunks and gotens and shens ( the Supreme kai) for being quick to judge,or obnoxious like caulifla and kefla, or bulmas because we usually create more content and being more creative, future trunks and krillin for being so patient, or gokus for sometimes being smart or stupid.
