I like the treaty, but I think it should be something like this: Bulgaria annexes the northern part of Thrace. Greece annexes the lower part of Thrace up to Istanbul. America occupies the now Constantinople. (After 10 years a vote will be held if the people would rather join Turkey or Greece or stay in the U.S.) Greece annexes the Izmir region, now named smyria. Greece annexes the land up to the entrance of the strait of Istanbul. Cyprus unites with Greece. Armenia gains small bits of land. Kurdistan is independent. Pontus is made into a Greek influenced nation. Turkey is given a democratic government.
