@@Verticbro it's literally an easy win for USA, these guys have been spending trillions on military, in Bulgaria we barely have 20000 people in the army and less than 100 tanks. We wouldn't even realize that we're gone.

nice scenario but before anyone gets mad i would like to add that in real life russia mobilised less than half of it's army in ukraine, and that secondly the ukrainian government is receiving aid from western countries, which is pretty much why the frontlines are stagnating while in this scenario they aren't
Finland is a checkmate for Russia because finland is close to Saint Petersburg and also because Finland rejected the offer in 1939 and now finland is prepared

nordics undefeated? 😂😂😂 im pretty sure russia defeated sweden somewhere in the 1700's, but anyways using history to prove something is completely idiotic, if an army was competent 50 years ago it doesn't mean it is competent now especially if the government changed, for example in ww2 everyone expected france to resist the germans like they did in ww1 since they're a colonial superpower... and they failed

Tbh i am kinda disappointed by the nordics' performance, didn't Finland have better defense system and camouflage like in the winter war?
I prepared it this way because there is more manpower in Russia. Still i may be wrong.

сегодняшняя Финляндия в отличие от Финляндии 1939-1940 это две разных государства. А также играет роль количество, у Финляндии значительно меньше войск чем это было раньше, в мирное время это всего лишь 12к человек + 22к призывников, а остальных (280к) еще надо мобилизовать (кто знает, кто встанет воевать за свою страну, а кто подло убежит как сделали Украинцы). У Финляндии почти нету оборонной промышленности. По факту лишь у Швеции хоть что то есть. Но у всех государств Скандинавии попросту нет военного опыта, а у РФ от войны в Украине опыт уже достаточно огромен, множество заводов оборонной промышленности начали работать на полную, коррупция в армии значительно уменьшилась (если и не почти полностью из за смены руководства). Все население Скандинавии даже меньше Украинского (у Украины было примерно под 40 млн человек и достаточно крупная регулярная армия что и так воевала целых 8 лет, а у Скандинавии суммарно лишь 27 млн человек и они все рассредоточены по этим странам). Суммарно у Скандинавии регулярные силы всего лишь 82к человек, это меньше Украинской (на 2022) почти в 2,5 раза (82vs200к).

It says "active personel: 3.5mills". And that's after they moved the reserve of 2 mill to the active personel. "Manpower" reffers to the available pool of recruitable men (future recruits and mobilizations), not the actual servicemen.

Not that unrealistic in the event of a full scale invasion.
War is more then just raw numbers. Logistics, morale, terrain, leadership, internal political situation, the technological edge. If you count out nuclear weapons then YES this is a highly unlikely outcome.
