Can we get an update on this video after this season. I mean the video in and of itself is AMAZING, but De Gea back at his best and all these people talking about needing a new keeper and to be reminded what De Gea has meant to this team.
The amount of points that David De Gea has saved United is insane. Lots of neutrals won't know this. But every year he saves us games, he is the reason why we are still near top 4 this year, and he has been the reason for the majority of Uniteds success over the past 5-8 seasons. Plays for the badge, love him!

Ander was one of my favourite United players in recent years, we should’ve never sold him. One of the very few signings we made that actually got what it meant to be a United player, gave his all and he was like a little jack russell terrier in midfield going after everyone.
That save at Anfield in the 17/18 season will always be in my mind. One of the best saves I've seen live, unbelievable reflexes

for me he has to be in the top 10-12 greatest united players of all time. he has played for us in an extremely disappointing era yet he has been consistently in the top 3-4 keepers in the world( barring 2019-2021 where he was undoubtedly in a bad run of form) and has saved us countless times. he deserved to have so much more.

De Get has been saving Man Utd for the past 8 years. His accomplishments for Man Utd doesn't come close to his mistakes. Always my favorite Goal Keeper.

I'll admit, I was one of those people that wanted him to be replaced by Dean Henderson when he had a bad season not bcus I didn't like him, but I thought he's just past it. I think similar to the cat and mouse game penalty takers have with goalkeepers De Gea has had a career like that.
They new he struggled with crosses so targeted him.
He comes back and not only toughened it out but became the worlds best.
Then teams seemed to notice when he saved with his feet he gets into position early so they exploited it a lot of those mistakes were in the mid drift to ankle area.
He then had to rework his game to adjust that it took time but now he's looking almost back to his best an odd error but a lot more consistent.
I would of made him captain under Van Gaal.
