I would like to share some ideas on how to improve your channel.
the trick to making pineapple on pizza actually good is to bake the pineapple separately before the rest of the pizza. cook it hot with as much convection as you can and itll basically partially dehydrate, concentrate the flavor, caramelize on the corners, and have pleasant soft texture
I honestly feel like Albert is doing this because on some level he probably hates the food perfectionism that comes from Italy, and wants to send a message to everyone that regardless of its label we ought to just enjoy the things we like and not worry our heads over whether or not a topping "belongs on a pizza" or if a thing can be "considered a pizza".
Might be me injecting myself into things, but a part of me kind of cant help but respect a person who will do something they enjoy regardless of weird controversies

I agree. I've seen Italians themselves put some ingredients on it that would be considered strange elsewhere, yet they still label it as a pizza. At the end of the day, it's just a food preference.
People like being divided, though, so I don't see this issue ever going away.

I’m half Ohioan and Half Floridian so I’m wondering if Skyline (Cincinnati Style) chili or Fried Aligator would be good on pizza. Like the Hotdog pizza but with Skyline chili instead of Ketchup and with more cheese or Just skyline chili and cheese. Hell if you really wanna give an Italian Chef an Aneurism, just show them a Skyline Three Way. Cincinnati Chili and a mountain of shredded cheddar cheese on top of Spaghetti!!! Only in Ohio (and also some parts of Florida)

@@sbodrillo i think it's regressive and restrictive. do keep in mind, though, that i come from a country with a medley of most cuisines, some to a high and traditional standard and others not so much.
