- I demonstrate the usefulness and utility of a grapple bucket on a compact tractor. This is the Everything Attachments 72" Wicked Root Grapple. It is a well built grapple than can withstand a lot of hard use. We absolutely love it! #EverythingAttachments #WickedRootGrapple

Awesome work as usual, Indy!! We can't agree with you more. Thanks so much for showing off the Awesome Wickedness, sir!!!
I completely agree. I've had my wicked 55 inch grapple and while I've only used it twice, it's a very efficient and handy tool.
I agree wholeheartedly. Love my grapple, incredible tool.
This video was very entertaining! You are looking good...thanks!
I ordered my 55" Wicked grapple from them April 27th. They said it will ship early next week, October 6th! It's taking quite a while but it's worth the wait for sure! Great video!!
Thank you! You are going to love your new grapple. Definitely worth the wait! Once you have it, you will never understand how you lived without it!
Great video thanks.
Those hollow logs would be great for fish structure
I hope I find a hollow tree like that. Those are hard to come by and valuable.
Thanks for the video. OK I'm convinced I need a grapple to clean up a 15 acre woodlot. I'm 99% ordering the Wicked Root Grapple dual lid. Maybe you could give us your thoughts on importance of the grapple width . $35 price and 33 pounds increase to go to from the 54" to the 60". I have a 3,000 pound 35hp tractor with 1,800 lb lift capacity. Appreciate any thoughts. 🤠🚜🍻
The EA Wicked grapples are amazing. You won't be disappointed. The dual lid is also the way to go. I think that would be $35 well spent. Bigger is always better, right? You definitely want to get something that gets well outside your front tires. As you take it and bulldoze into brush you want to be sure you have your front end covered. Plus just overall more capacity is hard to argue against.
where did you get the spring for your hydraulic hoses?
Are you going to add anymore protection to for your radiator ?
Grapples are useful for brush and rocks
How much did you bought the grapple bucket? and where did you bought it. Thank you !
Are you happy with the lift capacity of the JD 4066? I know it's not top in class but it seemed to handle that sycamore without much trouble (but it was hollow, not near the weight of an oak or walnut log of the same length). Thanks.
@@IndyFarmLife Thanks that is good info.
Standard or Mega? ... Dont have my 4052R yet but supposed to come in an August? Is this the standard grapple from EA or the "mega" that is supposed to be for tractors that go up to 65 HP? I am leaning towards the Mega but curious which you have? And if the standard would you upgrade to the Mega if you could? If it is the Mega is it overkill?
@@IndyFarmLife Thank you! Close to pulling the trigger!
How do you like your 4052r? I'm ordering one this week.

Just easier to paste from the proposed invoice.
See anything I may want to add?
I have 20 acres which has a house on it. I'm planning on clearing 10 for farming. The property is heavily wooded with trees that are between 8 to 16 inches. A lot of work but eventually I want to have vegetable crops to sell and a few animals for my family.
I know nothing about farming. I'm just diving right in. :)

What size is this? 60”??
That's the 66" or 72". I can tell by spacing between the lids. The 54" and 60" are a lot closer together.
Yes, this is a 72"
@@IndyFarmLife Is there any reason to go with a narrower version (66" or 60") on a similar size machine in your experience? Thanks!
No, I don't think I would ever want to go more narrow than 72" on a tractor this size. Given how grapples are used, I would want to ensure that it was definitely wider than my tires. Try to prevent sticks/logs/brush from getting to them.
@@IndyFarmLife Thanks! Put my order in yesterday...they said expect 5 months out! Wow.
