1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup yellow onions
2 tsp garlic paste or 2 garlic cloves chopped
Adobo to taste
2 tsp beef bouillon
taco seasoning to taste or (1 packet)
1 tsp creole seasoning
Salt to taste if needed
Ground black pepper to taste
10 ounces Rotel tomatoes mild, spicy or regular can of tomatoes
1-16 oz spaghetti
4 cups water
1 cup fiesta or taco blend cheese
4 ounces cheddar cheese shredded
1/2 cup cilantro, or parsley chopped

I made this dish the other night and it was delicious 😋. I didn't add the creole seasoning and I used diced tomatoes instead of the Rotel. The cilantro really set it off, I don't understand anyone who doesn't like cilantro lol. I didn't mix any cheese into it, just topped it with cheddar cheese and sour cream on the side. Thank you ❤
It just depends on your taste buds. For people like myself, cilantro tastes like soap, almost like you washed the pan but didn't rinse before cooking.
I made a side pot for myself, and regular for my boys, and they ended up eating my pot more.

Tammy, nice but you really should know that you don’t season meat after it is already cooked! Meats should always be seasoned while raw and allowed to chill for a couple of hours to marinate. If you do so I promise you will notice a big difference in flavor and you won’t require as much seasoning and salt as you use in your recipes.

What do you suggest instead of Adobe? I stopped using it because the sodium is too high.
Adobo comes in reduced sodium, or you can use no or low sodium all purpose seasoning
