Tips! If you slice deepshrooms and gel sacks, you can grow them on the exterior grow beds! Deep shrooms are an incredible power source for the bioreactor! And the prawn suit is incredibly difficult to break. It can take so much damage! But i would recommend getting the grappling hook arm haha!

you get 4 per shroom, but be sure to back away when you hit them because they release a bit of acid!

@@DewbiDoo there are wall reinforcements, I don't really see you use them, they are generally the least intrusive way to give the base more hull strength.

Another tip: I’m pretty sure there should be a good amount of scannable module fragments for the cyclops in the mushroom forrest near the Aurora

Another fun adventure! More tips! The prawn suit is extremely durable. Way more than the Seamoth. It’s what you will want to bring on most adventures into the deeper areas. If you want Nickel and crystalline sulfur, you’ll have to go a little bit further into that deep, dark biome until you find a green biome called the lost river. There will be cloudy green brine that will hurt you, but you can go under it with the prawn suit. You’ll also want the drill arm and grappling arm for getting back out and mining bigger ores. For me personally, once I have the jet upgrade for the prawn suit, I don’t even use the grappling arm anymore, and use that arm for punching and grabbing lol. Also, that see you soon message came from the time capsule you got it. It’s not somebody who died in that area but rather another real world player who has beaten the game and attached that screenshot as well as a few items. the biome in the screenshot is actually incredibly safe and peaceful, but leads to a scarier biome.
Also, I think I am pretty alone on this opinion, but I actually don’t use the cyclops at all. Some people will say that you absolutely need it but from experience, I think it’s just personal preference.
Fish won't reproduce in the aquarium. If you grow plants next to the bioreactor, you're more sustainable. Gel sacks are more efficient, but must be grown on the outside, which in the long run makes them pretty annoying to harvest for filling up your reactor.
btw you can plant deep shrooms,blood oil,gel sacks and most things if you cut them with a knife
you could make a second moonpool btw! also, if you don't want bulkheads everywhere, you could do reinforcements on your walls. sadly they require lithium 😅
U can make reinforcements with lithium and titanium instead of bulkhead
I hate the bleeders too. Got jump-scared by one real good just yesterday.
You can't quite upgrade your inventory, but you can put storage on the Seamoth. And the Extra Super Big Submarine has a ton of storage.

Ok. I have a billion more things to say.
DONT READ 2 AND 4 UNTIL U GET CYCLOPS!!!
1: blood kelp
See if you can bring a few beacons next time. That white kelp biome will be very important for the next few episodes.(I feel bad lol, I know how scary that biome can be). Bring your maxed out seamoth and a spare power cell. Go back and place a few beacons in that blood kelp trench while going deeper. After about 650 meters deep, explore and you will find 2 caves. Make sure to go right. You can now find the nickel and crystalline sulfur that you’ve been looking for. It will be pretty difficult without the cyclops, but you may be able to find the first few pieces.
2: cyclops
The cyclops is also very important for the game. Engine frags can be found at the back of the aurora and the mushroom forest wreck.
Hull frags can be found in grassy plateaus and mushroom forests. Bridge frags can also be found in the mushroom forests.
The cyclops is like a mobile base. To get prepared, place down ✨lockers✨and 2 plant pots. Plant 2 lantern trees and add a bed or something. Make sure you have a fabricator and medkit fabricator. Also, pack materials for a small base and scanner room. Make the first depth module and dock the prawnsuit. You can optionally build a mod station to upgrade the depth modules. You should be all set for the lost river.
3: plant crops
You can plant many useful things, like gel sacks, lantern fruit, deep shrooms, and Chinese potatos.
4: lost river directions
Don’t get lost in the lost river, otherwise you’ll most definitely die.
When entering, avoid the green brine and stick to the left wall. Once you get to the area where the water gets darker, explore and find the blue area when the person in that time capsule photo “died”(the area is safe trust me). Snap a few pics and set up the base. For the love of god, place beacons on the way.
5: use the scanner room
Bring 4 copper and 4 magnetite to upgrade the scan range. You may need the prawn suit drill arm to mine some of the ores.
I actually never use the cyclops in any of my play throughs💀 I max out my prawn suit and just use the jet upgrade on it to get everywhere. I don’t think it’s absolutely necessary, but I understand how it can make life easier. I also don’t use the seamoth after I have a maxed out prawn😅
