- NORTHEASTERN ADVENTURE EP 44
These roadblocks are only increasing the hardship of the people is exactly what one finds when you are driving on these roads from Ganye in Adamawa state to Taraba state all the way to Cross River state Most of these roadblocks are set up by communities along the way and they collect monies from the drivers of trucks carrying foodstuff from one state to another. The roadblocks are everywhere.
I hope you find the vlog exciting and give it a Like.

Those makeshift roadblocks seem a bit bizarre. Does the government allow them because they don't care or do they just don't have the manpower to keep them from being set up? Enjoyed the video.👍
Some of these unnecessary roadblocks have police or the military personnel there too. I believe that the government allow them to carry on as they may not have proper control over what happens there. And it may also be a way of allowing the people make money.
There's hunger in the land the roads block is encouraged by the nigerian security agent whom employed the civilian to help them exort their fellow civilian now saw the avenue to start their operations.
I think you are right. Sometimes you see them sitting under some trees while the small boys collect money from motorist.

#ndukepeter5274, thank you for discovering and sticking to my channel. Appreciated.
I believe the pounded yam was ₦200 and the goat meat was also ₦200 a piece. The cheapest we had on this trip.
This is an educational video!
Sir,what is the name of the camera you used in shooting this video?
It's a Gopro. Any Gopro from hero 9 and above is good.
@@Bigwillz Thank you Sir!
These are signs of LAWLESS country which Nigeria is these days!!! If the road belongs to the federal government, only the federal government has the authority to mount road blocks on it. Very good question for Hannah: Why does she point the camera at you, especially when you are talking? I’ve made several comments regarding her pointing the camera at you. But she just ignored me. Why don’t you mold the fufu into ball before you dip it in the soup?
The roadblocks are insane. They should not be there.
As for the camera pointed at me, I believe it's instinctive. We are learning everyday.
As for the pounded yam, it's not made into small balls before it's dipped into the soup. It's mostly eaten the way I ate mine.
Thank you for watching and commenting. Appreciated
@@Bigwillz I beg to disagree with your statement that you don’t mold fufu into small balls before you dip it in the soup. We don’t eat fufu the way you do in where I come from. It is considered unsanitary. You’re just being polite in saying you’re learning. You and Hannah have been doing this for awhile now to understand filming rules. You mentioned in the video that roadblocks from Ogoja to Calabar are excessive. Is it peculiar to that region only? You should start creating videos that highlight these issues that are causing hardships on the people to the knowledge of those in power. You can make a change. The people may vote you as the next governor and/or president. You never know. Please remember to point out bad governance issues.

I actually feel the road blocks is a bit too much especially along Enugu road. I really would like to know where all those money go to because most times the road around this areas is the most terrible
You actually wonder what they do with the money. These places actually have the worst roads.
Frankly ive long given up on Nigeria.
Sad
That’s nothing compared to the East. I came home last December and the check points were always 50 feet apart and causing so much traffic, so frus😢trating
It's really frustrating.
What is the point of state or local government when they do nothing but steal whatever money that comes from Abuja.
When we look at all these things, it places the country at a disadvantage compared to other African countries which are more efficient and less corrupt.
The food looked good, but the washing facilities could do with some improvement.
The country had a long way to go. So much needs to be addressed.
Nice video when are you doing edo state trip 😂
In a few weeks time. A few videos from this will be the Edo trip.
Waiting, do uromi town pls, greetings to ur madam
