I was srruggling in a similar situation. Except I knew from very very very early on that Wolf and Candy were Jim’s children. I think that was very clear once you got the Dazzlers search. I enjoyed finding out how to find the wives of some of these, as I had accidentally guessed alot of them. Like Laura, Patsy, Helen, and Katharine. Katharine was really lucky because it told me where Tessa was. And since I knew November was NOT a baby It told me where she and Kristina were. Then after that I found the snippets that told you where Patsy Laura and Helen are supposed to go 💀 Oops. So now I was stuck with my last four, Elias C’s occupation “of knowledge” and their two children’s occupations, though Candy was surely a musician. I also had Gwyneth Morden as my fourth but thats because I didn’t catch her being a farmer aswell the first time I read through the revisited Diary. Dear god did it take so long for my brain to just register that last line of Rollin’ that says Eli was an advertiser. Anyways, fun game. Not got a clue who EC is. I’ll save that for another time 😭
Also that whole cherry tree thing was just a rhyme. You were supposed to look for a name that rhymed. Though I still got it wrong because the first time I put in Patricia Jones. But it was Joan, LMAO
