Great video. The pucker is because your pants are tapered. You either need to split the bottom or gather up the top part of the leg so they're the same width. Then you'll have no pucker!

This is very difficult for me. Your video would have been easier for me to follow if the window pane lines of the fabric didnt match your chalk lines
