Unfortunately, the topic doesn't get addressed (clickbait). I wouldn't fully disagree with her statements, but life is more complex than how she describes it, therefore Tom's reply is more thought through.
Being attracted visually to a specific type of women doesn't mean you do not care about other the attributes of women. The visual part is one filter mechanism of many. Like women will have a type of guy they will be attracted to. Some like the blond-haired type, some the dark-haired type, some like the more southern style man, some like the more northern style man, etc. There will exist many different personal preferences and they are not set by watching *orn. They are probably a synthesis of different elements: unconsciously preferring (genetically) some visual traits of your mother (if you are a guy), from your father (if you are a woman), some experiences you had in life (maybe you were in love with a girl during your school time which defined certain preferences).
I am extremely attracted to very long hair since I was a very small boy. There are stories from my childhood where it gets clear I have that preference. So, a woman will automatically trigger high interest in me if she has nice long hair. That doesn't mean I never dated a woman with average hair because I do not reduce a woman to her hair...still, if a woman has very nice hair, she ticks a box on my side of a certain level of attraction. So, saying such preferences stem from watching *orn is far too simplified. Life is more complex.
Regarding obesity: I agree it is important to take responsibility and not simply play always the victim, as that is too easy. However, some are in a really difficult situation and just basically telling them: it's your fault, dig yourself out of this deep hole yourself is far too simple. Tom's example is a good one: having obese parents, growing up with being fed the wrong food, maybe have some health-related issues, ..., can have you end up very obese. How do you want to lose weight once you reach extremely high levels of obesity? It's a spiral, like being in quicksand, which will pull you down more and more, the more you try to get out. That is a very hard difficult path you must dig yourself out and it needs iron will. And as most of us know: our hormones will literally fu** our brain regularly to break our diet rules. It is not easy.
It is always so easy to tell people they are weak, and they should improve if you are acting from a "safe" position. Swap the role and I am not sure if these people still had such a big mouth:
1) A slim and fit person mocking a very obese person thar they lack discipline. How would that discipline look like if that fit person was 200kg heavier?
2) Women mocking men for being so di**-driven. How would women behave if they had the testosterone levels of men?
3) Men mocking women for their emotional craziness. How would men behave if they had the estrogen levels of women?
4) Rich people mocking poor people for their poor educational choices or ending up with shitty paid jobs. How would that rich person behave if he/she had the same starting point as the poor one?
I always say to myself be careful how you judge others because you might behave/end up in the same way/position as that other person depending on the circumstances.

To Tom: In my experience, as one of the Last Men On Earth who have formed and cultivated some form of tribes; in my experience the "fat person" starts off with an untreated or undiagnosed *physical injury,* often to the legs or lower back. This causes a feedback loop where they need to be sedentary and consume a lot of nutrition to maintain/manage that injury. This sedentary nature, combined with the additional problem of mobility begins a snowball where when they finally DO get active, they can only hold it a month or so before that injury is reactivated, and then they have to go back to rest/sedentary state and further consumption.
It's a terrible wall to be up against when you don't have the physiological support that your body needs. I would say that's a failure of the medical system and old-school "tough your way through the pain" mentality of it and parents at times, before either the person or the food industry.

Interesting comparison of porn and food. What holds true for both is that moderate, controlled (to use Tom's word) consumption of both is critical to staying physically and emotionally healthy. If the body and mind are healthy in most ways -- leading to a productive social life -- then periodic excesses of either food or porn should not be a problem. It's not the porn that is disabling young men. It's their reluctance (or inability) to actively pursue, experience, and appreciate real women.

Hormones and DNA are often at fault for body types I am lean muscular with a very controlled diet but there areas of fat that I will never loose. I know this because I had to stop eating for a long period because I was going into surgery. The fat didn't go away but I lost muscle mass and the fats I did loose was in my face neck hands and feet. There is also psychological reasons for over eating that is often discounted as weak willed. I have too much. I will shutup now.
