  • Here is a montage of all the food and lifestyle changes I made in a month to dedicate towards my weight loss journey.
    Please don't come at me with 'that's unhealthy' that month was the healthiest I ever felt in my life! Just for transparency, I also committed to HIIT workouts 2x a week including cycling daily. I now do weight training so my body has increased in KG due to muscle weight increase. Nonetheless, I'm healthy and fit - so if you're searching for more food and training methods stay tuneddd. :)
