This particular episode looks at the boss of McLaren.....Ron Dennis. There's also the rookie on the McLaren team.....Someone called Mika Hakkinen.....who ever he is..... Mika was always harder on himself than anyone could have ever been. A true shame he could not have won more championships.

Senna and Hakkinen- if those two had been paired at McLaren in the late 90's, Schumacher wouldn't have got a look-in.

Incredible video. Hakkinen was so upset. Ron Dennis was great. Senna was also very upset with Hakkinen losing in the pole position, so he wanted to put down Hakkinen in the race, right away to cut down Hakkinen's 's enthusiasm. Senna should have waited and let Hakkinen do the best he could.......he put pressure on Hakkinen right away, in his first race with McLaren. Come on!!!
