Big guy looks like he gives great hugs. Big guy looks like he will have a tea party with his little sister just so she won't cry. Big guy looks like he will carry a grandma home because she threw her back out. Big guy smiles and Heaven shines. Big guy looks so happy. I want the big guy. ROTFLLLL 😂😂
shevonnie salmon stereotype, i think big guy will break somebody's neck

.:J.M.Concept:. What does that mean...???
I like to imagine that Eugene was sitting off camera and laughing at them.
Lola Star Eugene was the chef
***** Eugene can cook? name me one thing that he cant please, coz im having a hard time finding one.
Tim Tran Hold a baby, raise a child, look like a man, be funny
Um guys I'm not talking about how he looks or his sexuality. Why do people hafta input in masculinity every single time? That doesn't make you people any more masculine, FYI.
Tim Tran You asked for one thing he can't do. We gave you many...
2 types of girls.
"oooh the little crab"
and
"I'm going for the eye ball."
XD
Amin Ferdous ....yep ...
Eugene should be here laughing at them
kekekeke
I know right
yassssssssssssssssss I agree
I know he would've been like stupids
Zach's so welldressed in this oneeee
yeah choose the side dishes that arent even really side dishes lol. mook the jelly thing is delicious but you need to season it properly. Ganjang gaejang is supposed to be whole crab not tiny pieces of it. Jokbal is a snack its not a side dish and neither is the silkworm larvae. Most koreans dont even like the larvae thing. It is definitely not served as a side dish in restaurants. The only things in this video that are actually side dishes you see often in korea is mook, the kkaennip (leaf) and gae jang but again full crabs
justine d Actually the silkworm things are pretty popular. There are stalls for them, and I saw lots of people buying bags and eating them like popcorn. I couldn't do it, though. lol
a lot of restaurants serve silkworms in Korea and like the comment above, I've also seen them sold in stands on multiple occasions thorough out the country. You shouldn't make such a large generalization when it's not true.
kpopshawol but its not served as a banchan. Its more of a street food from what I heard .I could be wrong though !
justine d This makes me interested in other korean food. Usually I'm a Japanese food fanatic cause I like how their dishes are not overpowered with seasons and stuff but still taste pretty good.
justine d I'm Korean and I've never been served those larvae things. Some of those dishes were eaten wrong. I would never eat those leaves without rice. Side dishes are often eaten with the rice. It's why they are so spicy and sour. It compliments the rather plain taste of rice.
I'm pretty sure they have a Korean in Buzzfeed but they still didn't serve it right.
But what about kimchi?! Buzzfeed should make a whole video just on trying a FEW of the manyyyyy varieties of kimchi. AND GET EUGENE TO BE AN EXPERT IN THE VIDEO
Exactly what I was gonna say Kimchi is bomb
Have you ever seen the film Fred? They thought kimchi was a girl.
Priscilla Back actually kkaennip is a type of kimchi?? i mean it's pickled o-o..... correct me if i'm wrong because i don't want to live my life as a lie qq but js im also korean
Fujoshi Power I'm pretty sure that they don't properly pickle the kkaenip and just kinda apply the sauces
I can't reply to the other reply on my phone app. But raw kkaennip (perilla leaves) can be eaten as a wrap, in a salad, and in stirfrys. The seasoned one as shown in the video is basically perilla leaves spread thinly with a spicy(kind of) hot pepper paste (not gochujang) and then it's marinated in boiling hot soysauce.
"Korea!!"
What a fantastic intro for a video
I was laughing so hard at the intro
Agree!
+Mohammad Ridzuan The only good part of this video.
+Mohammad Ridzuan He's the best
I repeat the intro for like 300 times
i seriously LOVE the black guy, anyone knows what happened to him?:(
5 warning shots.
?? to von einzbern
+Illyasviel von Einzbern lol
@@Shijaru64 This joke will never not be *too soon*
Unfortunately he was eaten by Koreans.
Can we just all admit we came here for the black guy in the thumbnail
Well... That and I'm a straight up Koreaboo...
How come?
Dana S She wants the D
no
S Levin he looks so cuddly... like a teddy bear
Wtf, silkworms?
WHERES THE FISH CAKES? AND KIMCHI? AND BEAN SPROUTS?
#AngryNonKoreanGirlWhoSpendsWayTooMuchOfHerTimeAtKoreanBBQ
Avi LeQueen Ikr. These aren't normal Korean side dishes!
Avi LeQueen silkworms are popular tho
Momo De Pon Actually some are very normal.
Pig food is not really a side dish, but more like main dish.
and silk worm is snack.
Avi LeQueen I'm sorry but your an idiot.
You obviously have no idea of any real non-Americanized Korean food.
You make me furious to even have to read your stupid thoughts.
Just because you fucking go to some Korean BBQ doesn't mean you know jack shit about my heritage.
#ProudHalfKoreanGirl
aDespondentThespian as another half korean girl, u are right. The first commenter has no business speaking as an authority on what is or isn't "traditional" Korean food.
I was expecting to see kimchi , sausages , rice, egg rolls and i get this bizare stuff that arent even eaten as much by koreans..
Do you live in Korea?
Egg rolls??
Yeah I watched both of the Korean tastings and absolutely NOOOOO kimchi 😭😭 how can you forget kimchi
Pigs feet is eaten pretty normally in korea, like once every two weeks for a lot of koreans, kind of like how pizza is eaten once every two weeks by americans...sesame leaf is pretty normal when grilling meat too. Pupae is more uncommon, i agree
XxYamiSamaxX
Egg omelete rolls xD .
Why would you feed them 깻잎 without rice or anything that leaf is salty and spicy af without rice
agreed....It tastes much better with rice.
same here
Agreed! Maybe they should have served 삼겹살! ㅋㅋㅋ
Nobody has that leaf without cooked rice in Korea.
Thought the same; I only had it once, and then it was wrapped around steamed rice. Not my favourite, but ok. Pork feet actually are also like very much here; however they're usually served with the rest of the pork's cartilage parts(snout, ears, ect) simmered in pea soup. Oh, and when we're at the feet: calf feet, simmered in broth, the classic Italian dish 'ossobuco'
These foods aren't even typical side dishes in Korea, in fact some of them are not even side dishes at all!! Buzzfeed always picks the most unrepresentative and exotic foods from a culture to provoke some crazy reactions from the people in the video. I'm Korean and have never ever seen bundehgi (the pupa) at a restaurant. Typical side dishes would be kimchi, bean sprouts, fish cakes, little anchovies and fermented cucumbers. Buzzfeed, please choose foods that are more representative of a culture next time. These videos give people the wrong idea of a culture... I swear people probably think Koreans eat pupas and clear jelly all day lol which they definitely do not.
I totally agree with you. I wish they didn't mislead some people with their video titles. I'm also Korean and I was really excited when I saw that they tried Korean side dishes. But then I was really disappointed when it wasn't really what I expected. I was hoping to see some kimchi eating and whatnot :(
Note : im not a korean
Buzzfeed is evil 👹👹 .. I will visit korea next year and i believe that there's a lot of amaaaaaaaazing food on the streets .. Korea is the best and in my country (malaysia) all people likes to watch the variety show (is it variety? Idk) .. Anyways i reaally wanted to try hmm.. Rice cake, bulbobi or bulgigo or bulgogi dont remember hehe .. And soondae yum ! Blood sausage ? Cooooollll.. And KIMCHI MY MOM ALREADY TASTED DAT AND ITS SOOOO FUCKIN GOOD sorry for the caps lock anyways, korea Fighting!! 😁😁 hehe i always hear them said this on the tv ;)
Joon K. no need to get excited about this is just how media works to get the most views and you don't think buzzfeed know there are other korean dishes??this is age of internet ~ of course they do~ they are just purposely doing this and you getting excited is probly giving them more satisfaction because that might be the reaction they wanted think my friend
You are right
Ellie5621 Well, if they ate normal dishes, do you think they would have the same amount of comments and views :P
I always love seeing Andrew ☺️
Abbey Jackson same! and it's been awhile since the last time he's been in a video...
***** I've literally just been thinking that the past couple days and then BAM! We get an Andrew video ... lol ^_^
Abbey Jackson Ugh he's finally back! I thought he quit his job or something.
Same! Especially since I found out he's from New Jersey, where I'm from.
Abbey Jackson If only people had that sentiment towards me :/
Side dishes have to be eaten with rice. Not on their own..
That's why they're just trying the side dishes
+Cat M. No :T
+Cat M. --- A bit crazy if you ask me :) .
+Cat M. The one person who understands me thank you!!!!!

+MKAT R Ikr
I screamed 😂😂
I laughed for 5 mins straight
The "leaves" taste better eaten with rice and the bugs are NOT a common side dish i never have and never will eat it. And as a Korean person i will say that you missed soo many different side dishes
I agree, I have never seen those pupaes served as a side dish >_>. I thought they were going to have kimchi and the sweet potato and etc.
+Jimin_A_K i LOVE perilla leaves
+Jimin_A_K I think they chose the bugs to gross them out and make things more interesting.
+Jimin_A_K Perilla Leaves are too salty and strong of a flavor to eat alone. You need to eat it with rice to balance out the taste. Bean Jelly is a common side dish in Korea so I can give a pass on that. But I do have a problem with the Pig's Feet and Pupae: They are Vendor Foods rather than your traditional Korean food. It's still a popular food in Korea, but you would normally never see anyone eat these as a Side Dish.
They could have shown us more of traditional foods like Kimichi, Spicy Cucumber Salad, Sauteed Cucumber, Korean Fried Pancakes, Braised Eggs, Rolled Egg, Beansprout, Fishcakes, Glass Noodle Stir Fried, Seasoned Spinach Salad, Stir Fried Pepper's and Anchovies, Simmered Lotus, Fried Tofu, etc.
There is a whole variety of choices they could have gone with, but I guess Buzzfeed is Buzzfeed.
I agree the pupaes are more of a snack
2:24 - 2:27 THAT'S WHAT SHE SAID
Omg lol
Mila Harris Give that girl a cookie :D
Mila Harris you made my day!
Mila Harris haha good catch, what can i get for you now :p?
yes
that perilla leaf should be combine with rice(as korean)

True! Its really good combined and is supposed to be. (I'm Korean too)

Jeison Rivera He was great :)
Dj Pka psst your being too obvious with your trolling grasshopper
Jeison Rivera first fat guy i'm attracted to.. he has the power.. people want him around them and they don't know why
I just saw on you on nba channel Lord Curry!🙀 "All Hail Lord Curry✨🌟
These side dishes aren't common in Korea...
+StarRoseAngelic Eh??? They're pretty popular. Any street that has food stands will have one 아줌마 selling 번데기. I guess growing up eating Korean food, none of this stuff seemed out of the ordinary to me. The sesame leaves are my favorite. I hate 번데기 though. They're right.. it kinda pops in your mouth and you're left with gritty larvae innards.
+a01095553279 요즘 젊은사람들은 번데기 잘 못먹어요 저도 그렇고요 제주변도 마찬가지입니다
err guys, translate?
2:02 I just love the way he says "I refuse to eat this" idk why but it's just so funny to me😂
Andrews attitude towards everything is just the best lol.
i agree with your avi
i laughed so hard when the black guy said ''ooh gawd it popped'' that face he made was priceless!
I ended up spitting water.

The fat people are ALWAYS the Funniest on Buzz Feed :P
Happy Power You ever see any stand up ever? The funniest ones are always fat, black, or old! People who are not one of those that I think are really funny: Jeff Dunham and Boe Burnam
YES ^
Tiffany Jones this is so true
Tiffany Jones jeff dunham the comedy tryhard
Happy Power that was the most attractive fat dude i have ever seen, i'm not a cubby chaser.. maybe i'm turning into one
I'm Korean and I love every side dish in this video except for the silk worms *gags*
+Lily Brown I love silkworm pupae lmfao. The gritty texture and the earthy taste is really good XD
I dunno why these people tried eating them cold, though.
+Junhyun Lim omg dear lawd 😷

+Lily Brown U aint korean til you eat them street skill worms
Sung Gyu Lee Bleh then I guess I'm not Korean xD
*BOOOM!* and your mouth is like *NOOOOOO!* :D
XDD
+Chumpie The Cat does someone know his name?
I'm trying to laugh to death. He deserves a hug. XD
Darth Belal it should be a meme
its almost like they only picked food that are either difficult to eat or are acquired for certain people. also those arent common nor eaten properly. i dont like how any of the videos on buzzfeed properly display anything without a set bias or correct research on its culture. its quite offensive the way this was conducted. its not offensive that they didnt enjoy the food since it wasnt even properly served and everyone has their own opinion on food, but offensive bc (im assuming) they did this to cause a stir. just please stop buzzfeed. i was looking forward to this video bc i thought it was gonna further the korean culture and spread it to foreigners but no.
Offended by good, ok
Michelle Park lady if you haven't already heard buzzfeed is all about entertainment and is not an outlet for proper korean cuisine so please don't get offended.
+Michelle Park Yea, I don't think anyone watches buzzfeed to learn about Korean culture...
+Michelle Park yeah they do what they want. cuz we're americans yo lol idk if they are americans just joking on that but yeah they don't bother to do that for any culture. they just do it to entertain and not educate. Like when they had Koreans try pop-tarts. they didn't put them in a toaster and butter them. they just gave them to them right out of the package -_- savages i tellz ya
like +1
Isn't the perilla leaf supposed to be wrapped around meat or something?
Around rice. No one eats that like these ppl did...
Normally you would eat it with rice... never alone... omg I feel so bad for these people xD
They put it in 김밥 too ㅜㅜ
Nathalie Sakura Rice, meat... But yeah, you don't eat it by itself.
The seasoned ones, like in the video, you eat it with rice. Fresh/raw ones you use it for ssam (쌈) with meat or seafood.
That black dude is my spirit animal
Greatest comment I've seen in many moons
+Victus im in love with your comment
Victus tu es bete
How was your day *barfs*
Lol i was dying 😂
Who is barfs
I wouldn't consider silkworm a Korean side dish. I have never eaten it in my life.
I didnt know i will find you here haha love your videos btw they aways make me hungry
AngelaMinjiKim Just because you havent eaten it doesnt mean its not the food you think it is ._.
Yeah I agree with you its not a regular side dish just a street food, and isn't that common most people don't eat it often
True. I have never seen those ever.
you do not represent a whole country.
You're gonna have a video with Korean side dishes and not serve myul chi or o deng?
Yaaaasssss. they served everything i don't like...
Or even kimchi? That's a basic requirement haha
Ahmahhgahh..어묵 is bomb!
Robin Lee fucking right?! Geez!
Freaking kimchi ?!?!?
What a start to a video... "KOREA!!!"
Can the guy in the blue hoodie be in every video? He is awesome! *Boom* And your mouth's like "NOOOO!"
im korean and ive never had any of those food
Uh have you taste jokbal? Well I only tasted it one of the food up there and I'm Korean too
Just tell me that you are not korean,, it is impossible not to eat these,, (even though no one would eat those without rice) except silkworm they are all kinds of school food
+Joan Kim u are probably one of those american-korean or something.like a guy in the video.
+Joan Kim Really?? I'm Korean American (from Washington D.C. now in NYC) and I've had ALL of those dishes.
+Joan Kim lmao that's a lie...really? muk, kkaenip, and jokbal are all extremely common...
yehet
OHORAT
Ohorat
ROLL LIKE A BUFFALO
kkaebsong~
What?
And your mouth's just like NOOOOOOOOooooooo~ HAHAHA lol
Also I hope Koreans don't feel bad watching people eat their food totally wrong and being insulting about it. I'm sure there's plenty of stuff we eat that they wouldn't like.
I've seen videos of Koreans eating our food and getting disgusted at poptarts, I don't feel offended so I doubt they do
@@RealityRogue yep
ARE YALL READY TO PUPATE
ilywifi you watch Rhett and Link XD
Lol I JUST watched that episode today XD
Lmaoo! 😅
Yes lol
ilywifi You sir are amazing.
This isn't what Maangchi cooks. All the Korean food she cooks looks DELICIOUS!
They should have collab'd on this one!
Actually Maangchi has recipes for the perilla leaves, the marinated crabs and the mung bean jelly.
But I'm sure hers wasn't served like this. And generally she would serve these as a side perhaps. My point being... If Maangchi had cooked the food it would have been much more appetizing and appealing. But thanks for the update on her super old videos.
Omg. that girl's reaction at around 2.13 has killed me. I just watched it about 10 times. It was so funny.
+fitzy2003 Me too I was about to comment that it was hilarious!
The guy in the blue jacket, each time he came on, i laughed XD He's funny! "Boom... and you're mouth is like NO!!" XD IN the beggining he's like "KOREA!!"
Dezy Bear yep best dude ever

GTA GAMER VIDEOS 678 Its a joke and im American too

Maybe he should eat some veggies
GTA GAMER VIDEOS 678 which is why they need a video to explain to people
Korean food is so goooooooddd and Korean people are so sweet and adorable
RooFooChoo Not!
RooFooChoo Some of them lol
Hey.. I'm korean who lives in NYC. I'm kind..
So we can gather that you can't generalize all people based on their ethnicity or where they live. 👍😐
Well not all Koreans are sweet but some are like me
2:10 Makes me die of laughter every time i replay it
OMG You guys didn't give them a KIMCHI! It's out #1 side dish and we eat it literally EVERYWHERE!
KOREAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You stole what I was going to say :(
"It's like 'BOOM' and your mouth is like 'NO!'"
the black guy needs his own show
lol they probably should have taught them how to eat it. There are WAYS to eat Korean food people! It's not like North America where you just put on plate and eat. Techniques are necessary!
"Hmmm, that's a little leg I just ate" lololololololol
The black guy is been so funny the past videos, I want to see more of him!
I actually really love 깻잎 :-). I also love 무말랭이. I think they're my favorite.
+kawaii panda Well the transliterations would be kkaennip and mumallengi but I'm not sure how much that is gonna help you...
+RainbowYak x u6hh
Hi I like 무말랭이
I love how everytime buzzfeed has a tasting sara is always so enthusiastic and loves almost everything's
Why isn't the black guy in every video? He's hilarious!
That's so mean to call someone by there colour
+PuppyLoverCindy x They obviously don't know his name and it's the easiest way to describe him...
+PuppyLoverCindy x White people are white people and black people are black people.
Kash Abdulmalik is his name :)
He should just been the channel
Ok I need to go get Korean bbq right now
silkworms are not side dishes. They're more of a street food/snack. Pig's feet are main dish not side dish. Side dish means that it's a food that's eaten with rice.
I love the girl with the short purplish hair. she did not judge one bit like the others
okay these are barely side dishes in korea, buzzfeed get it right.
well they tried
they need to eat rice with them! The flavors are too strong! Also there are so many other yummy side dishes in Korea!
"Ahh leaf." lol i like the big guy reacting to food. He either loves it or has that "are u fcuking kiddin me rn" look.
that one guy is in a bunch food videos for buzzfeed, but never anything else. He's hilarious and they should have more of him
I thought more popular side dishes would be on here like kimchi or japchae. Well it is Buzzfeed afterall
What i don't understand about some people is why they just spit the food out if they don't like it. That is something a 3-year old does. Not adults.
Learn some manners, people.
Love this videos 😀👍🏾
Brings me back to memories of mowing my lawn LOL
THEY GAVE THEM EXTREME KOREAN DISHES!!! LIKE HELLO ! THERE R SO MANY GUD TASTING OF THEM!
The Thumbnail is everything......
we need this group to be the official tryers of strange foods. this was the best
the silkworm pupae is really good I use to buy three to four cans of silkworms at a Asian market down my street
2:13 I laughed so hard at her reaction lol
That woman hated everything...
The beginning always gets me.😂😂😂🍣🍘🍱🍙🍚
I'm a foreigner living and working in South Korea (2 years now). We have acorn jelly ALL the time as a side dish at our school lunch's. I've had jokbal, but I don't see it very often other than at Lotte Mart or some place. One of my Korean BBQ places has 양념게장 and I honestly had no idea you were supposed to just eat the whole thing. I usually pick the meat out and eat that . . . .
I've seen 번데기 (Bundaegi) at quite a few places. I tried it once just for the sake of trying it. I have heard as well, from my co-workers and Korean students, that they don't care for it much and the older generation likes it more.
They need more videos with large black man. He's my favorite :)
you guys picked like the worst side dishes
Michele Yang trueeeeeee I'm Korean and we have like 200 more better ones XD they picked theeee worst ones
I live in korea and um.. I like the tiny crabs though, it's like crunchy with good sauce, that one was not very bad
Exactly. I'm Korean too and they picked the most exotic side dishes ever. I never even tried pupae, and I don't think I would ever want to, honestly.
Michele Yang wow u guys all korean! me too
and yeah i agree
Minjae Ryu AGREED. I was about to be like "oh I eat this all the time!" but then I was like "wait never mind wtf is that"
this guy in the cover is really funny i cnt stop laughing
Perilla Leaves! I never knew what they were called but ate it all the time growing up. Leaf kimchi. :)
I love korean food, they are the best!
I love any kind of food! YUMMY
I am half filipino-amercian.
I love anything! :)
Really??? Everything huh
Everything? even bull testicles?
+MaxGamingHD
Soup number 5. Try it.
same
My step-mum is filipino and I love trying new foods! I especially love her cooking!!! :)
Chicken wasn't Kris style either but...
Yes eating green leaves with Marinara Sauce definitely reminds me of lawn mowing while squatting near the blade
'Boom and your mouth is like noooo......'
gets me every time
They're strong for eating this without rice
Btw, the leaf is good w/ rice
As someone who has lived in Jeolla, the food province of Korea, for 18 months, these definitely pop up a lot. Though the pigs feet is more of a main dish (sooo good to order for a night in), and there are obviously a lot more side dishes that might be more appealing to American tastebuds.
Dying of laughter here!
Yeah, even I don't eat perilla leaves! As for silkworms, yeah, it's along the borderline of 'I was hungry enough' and 'It's an acquired taste!'
the girl with stripes is so positive
I'm Korean and most Koreans in this generation(younger people)don't eat the silkworm pupae, like not all of us eat this kind of stuff. Also, the girl who kept gagging and and making really gross sounds, you are a mature adult and tbh you could've not acted that rude about it like seriously.
OMG the girl with the short curly blonde hair was so funny!
Lol "Boom! And your mouth is like 'NOOOOOO!" That made me laugh so damn hard
"I'm gonna be cool about this, how was your day" NOPE
silkworm pupae isnt a sidedish
Hi bilgy
I LOVE the mung besn jello!
i laughed so much!!! "ugh.. it popped!" ROFLMAO😂😂😂😂😂
