I was 10 when I first watched this anime. I was overweight and my classmates call me whale. Takamura scene where he only ate tomato inspired me and I did the same and do my own workout routine during the anime was aired (I only use a belt) and when it's done I switch the channel to tv Sales promoting workout machines, I just continue on working out while watching those ads until its finished and then I switch the channel to news. After the news is done (1hr approx) that's when my workout is done. I think I lost weight so much in 3 months my classmates stopped calling me names and even teachers ask how I lost weight. Today my routine is 100 pushups and 200 squats, 200 jumping jacks and minimum 1 hr walk daily
Ngl Hajime no Ippo was already a really good person before he started boxing, he respected and helped his mother, didn't complain, and he was strong asl
Theres something magical about this show, it feels like you can get stronger with them of course we are all human and they're humans aswell, they don't have epic fancy magic effects (except for the fights that are quite exaggerated but are real life moves that famous boxers once used) this show really shouts at you to go run a mile. Hell this is my only favorite anime that i deeply love, besides from ashita no joe.

This show genuinely had an impact on me at a time when I’m trying to become a new person and be a CZcamsr and I put my insights into the video. The videos who are hopping on the trend aren’t saying anything new But I made this video as a blueprint for ppl to better their lives. I come back to watch this video whenever I need to remind myself what I learned from this anime.
This show has to have some magic yk ngl I used to do nthn all day and just be on games now after watching the show. I feel so great. I got in the gym and started running and working out every day. Im down 15kg in 3 months. im so happy netflix added the show to it, or else I would never have done all this

@@itsmeDama no I don’t. Here’s what you do. Don’t use more than 6 seconds a clip. I space them out. You can also slow down and speed up the clip. Hope that helps!
@@itsmeDama what I mean is that because 6 seconds is about the max you can put at a time you want to fast forward or rewind in the episode idk if that makes sense but just try and see what happens
