I am struggling to get Mr Travor here, Chamisa is in so many ways different to ED so is his party.
The idea of suspending elections and political players engagement is good for the country but the only problem is we do not have a fair political ground. I believe Chamisas party will do better than the present. Of cz we will experience elements of corruption and political problems but as we stand today its only fair we try the CCC way.

Intelligent conversation, I enjoyed it. Those who know me, know I was an extreme patriot and flew the Zimbabwean flag globally with intent to unite and bring happiness to the Nation. Sadly like both Temba and Trevor say, the leadership both past and current have let us down and brought embarrassment apun themselves and the Nation!! So me like many who genuinely wanted a better Zimbabwe packed our bags and moved on. I sense a genuine patriotism from Temba and feel he genuinely wants a better Zimbabwe and ticks many boxes, as long as he stays true....but Politics corrupts. His key message that resonates with me is ''Team Zimbabwe......non party alligned''......that is the only way out until corruption is minimalised to the extent that people think of a better Zimbabwe and the future generations. It can happen. It has happened in other African nations. God is watching

I like how balanced Themba's views are. Zimbabwe has gone beyond what a single political party can handle, we need to find a way to work together, but unfortunately if a government of national unity is agreed on most probably it won't be genuine. We need to clear the incompetent, corrupt leaders and bring in leaders on merit, we need to go beyond politics of parties and vote for Zimbabweans who have national interest at heart (if they are there).

One of the interviewees that Trevor brought on the show a while back spoke about having systems that train politicians. He gave examples of system maintained other countries like China. I give reference to this in response to what he said kuti the electorate is to blame, and yes I agree with him. The individuals that come thru the systems of these parties of ours are unfit for duty. This speaks to the mechanisms our politics employs to field candidates. Our politics or political parties owe it to the electorate to nominate candidates that are vote worthy, candidates who have enough gas in the tank, intellect, experience and so on to achieve what the electorate wants

In the US major companies have a senior or mid level executive with staff that is responsible for government, corporate & legislative affairs. This office does not support either Republicans or Democrats, only there to make sure laws that are enacted are conducive to their business growth. They also interact with legislative aides to make sure language that is pro business is part of whatever laws that are passed concerning their particular industries.
