Im sure you can tell but this video is all jokes at the end of the day. My favorite game of all time is Bloodborne, so yes I’m very used to being locked at 30 frames lmao.

I'm not even matching this to HFW😅... but compared to Pokémon scarlet/violet, I'm sad no improvement fr that game
Joke or not you are not wrong either I do think the switch it showing its age and I'm hoping the next outing will be on better hardware but style over graphics any day this game is pretty

@@pronegravy1389 Pokémon is Game Freak's thing. The Pokémon Company is 50% Game Freak and 50% Nintendo, so Pokémon it's kinda like a "second-party" franchise to Nintendo.

I have an ORIGINAL RUN Switch and have played for probably over 20 hours total and I have YET to see a single framerate drop or stutter.
Actually I need to correct myself. I just now heard that the physical copies on day one that were printed out are the ones with the frame issues. On the newer copies, they have some sort of optimization patch along with it.

Yeah I love the game but I don't understand how they haven't been able to get the framerate down to be 100% smooth. Like BOTW was built from the ground up for the Wii U, you would think they would've made more optimizations since then. At least this game is like a generational leap in terms of visuals and performance over Pokemon Violet lmfao.

The frames are a little rough but it is a Switch and it's not a competitive game where the frames really matter... comparing to some of the Switch ports out there this is kinda amazing it even boots up

If you ended up downloading it instead, make sure it’s on your switches internal storage and not the external memory chip. It will help some

It does the same thing elden ring does with reusing a bunch of the optional bosses, which is annoying. But they are a lot easier to beat than elden rings bosses so it's a way more tolerable lol
@@codysvlogdays elden ring rewards you better in my opinion also the difficulty isn't annoying for some people it's satisfying not to mention you really aren't meant to 100% that game the achievements don't even require all the bosses
@The_MEMEphis I mean the rewards for a lot of things in tears of the kingdom are either an ore, outfit piece, or a shrine (in that case are you literally being rewarded with more work lol)
So yeah the reward system definitely isn't the best in totk so I can't argue with that
But when it comes to any of the souls like games for me I just expect to be stuck on a boss for hours and it just makes me angry and I get no satisfaction from that (i did 100% the achievements though which i was pretty proud of even if they werent all boss related lol) so maybe that's why I find totk more satisfying for me but idk. Both games are 👌🏻

I witness some drops here and there but tbh it's in a better state than most of the games that have dropped this year (Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, unfortunately).
I'm loving the game so far, I think it's safe to say that the game is PEAK Nintendo

@The_MEMEphis it is not. The switch cpu is underclocked by default, all you are doing is putting it to stock speeds.

the performance is really worse than i thought but its nowhere near haters would say it is. Occasional frame drops to like 24fps id say maybe a bit less for like 2 secs and then it goes back to normal, doesnt bother me really tbh and i dont even really see the diff between 60fps console and this 30fps. On ps4 tho when i play bloodborne i instantly see its 30fps no idea why. Also zelda doesnt have the best anti aliasing because of lower res
Personally I'm just gonna wait for the emulation community to run the game through their hands for a few months and then play it at 60fps on my laptop. I did try it today but there's a bunch of bugs and things that need to be resolved, like I get a lot of audio desync and stuff and yeah it's basically a work in progress for now much like how botw was which after a few months was completely playable and I played thought that game and almost finished it. Come to think of it I didn't do my last divine beast and then defeated gannon. Guess I'll have to finish it in the meantime before I can play this one when it becomes stable lol.

This game's biggest con is that it's stuck on the switch, it was outdated hardware when it was first released like 6 years ago.
Well switch hardware was old when it released and now it's so old that they simply won't be able to keep it their lastest console for much longer. I remember a tablet I had as a teenager having a tegra k1 which is a bit worse than x1 but anyway it was so long ago, it's crazy outdated now. I am honestly amazed switch can even run all the games ported on it not in a slideshow....

I love the game even if it has blurry graphics and slowish performance when I'm used to 60-120 fps relatively consistently on pc
You get used to it after a while unless it's really bad like Pokemon Violet/Scarlet which is unplayable.

Zelda is probably my favorite gaming franchise ever and i love the games, but i do hate how the fans will blindly defend them and attack people who make the sligtest disagreement (specially botw and totk)

Yeah but it isn't the Zelda Devs' fault for the performance issues, it's Nintendo's fault for not making a powerful system that is able to maintain the beauty of the Legend of Zelda games
How is this the game's fault, though? The Switch came out in 2017, which was 6 years ago. It's not the Zelda team who is responsible for this, the Switch has it’s limits and if Nintendo refuses to even fix the joy-cons how at this point would you expect them to update to a stronger Switch. Blame Nintendo if you want they fúcking suck- However I disagree with this being the Devs fault.
