The efficient valve test bench PS-15M is both versatile and easy to operate. You can test safety valves, shut-off valves, and control valves (DN 15 (1/2") to DN 250 (10")). We also recommend the optionally available VALVE-DOC to document the testing results.

Buen video sobre el trabajo, mi consulta es segun pude apreciar el video se nota que hay pequeños burbujas o fuga del elemento de proceso, es normal eso? las valvulas no tienen que tener sello hermetico?

Hola José y gracias por su pregunta. Generalmente hay un rango de tolerancia. Dentro de esta tolerancia, es posible que una fracción mínima del medio escape. Dependiendo de qué medio fluye a través de la válvula, el rango de tolerancia puede ser próximo a ninguno. Idealmente, un accesorio debe sellarse completamente. Espero poder contestar a su pregunta. Can we test valve more than 10"?

Thank you for your interest. Valves up 10" can be clamped with PS-15 clamping unit. Bigger valves can be tested via the external testing (without the clamping unit) using a seperate hig-pressure hose. The standard PS-30, PS-50 and PS-75 are able to take valves up to 16".
