Yea, and it's funny how many stupid parents in quite a few generations now, always compare their kids with other kids or even their siblings: "X did great on his this exam, why can't you too?" or "X know how to do y, why can't you?" or "Can't you be more like X?"
Well, same the same thing is the answer: "do I look like X?" People hate being compared and downplayed because other people are doing something better than them. Even if it is true, people will vehemently reject it, because it makes them seem worthless.

I ve seen that convince is actually more trying to modify an opinion with logical points and is destinated to the conscious mind. Persuade is triggering an action and is destinated to the subconscious mind. Great channel!

Some of this sounds a bit unethical. Making things up in a job interview to make it more likely you'll get the job. Using flattery to get what you want. Acting like you know what you're talking about when you have no idea. I had a boss who did that, and was able to convince his boss that he needed a promotion. But he actually didn't have an idea about what he was doing. He got the promotion, four out of five of us left when he became our boss. He talked a good game, but after a while I realized he had no idea what he was talking about. Just a love for buzzwords.
