I wonder what Noxrith would Think about Darth Bane’s Rule of Two and how it Reshaped the Sith Order.

Noxrith looks more towards Zash's attempts at self preservation. He also researches Nihilus , Revan, and Sion to understand the force more to see if he can prolong life. Noxrith wouldn't stand to believe that he is destined to be killed by an apprentice "strong" enough to kill him.

I wonder how Noxrith personally feels about the Inherent Self Serving and Backstabbing Attitude within the Sith Order at this Point.

He feels it weakens the Empire. There are situations in his mind where self serving or the elimination of another sith is necessary but ultimately he feels the Sith in fighting causes the Sith Empire as a whole to struggle when it comes to the war.
