Our Niacinamide range would be perfect for you, it will help control access sebum production, fade acne scars and minimize the appearance of pores. After the toner, use a moisturizer and/or a serum before applying sunscreen.
P.S. since you have sensitive skin we'd recommend doing a patch test first before you incorporate the product in your everyday routine.
