I do battle those negative thoughts. A few days ago, I had decided that I was tired of “watching paint dry”, which was how I was feeling about this connection with my person. So I decided that I was going to just not think about him at all. The next breath I took was full of his scent - the next several minutes was full of his scent, smh! I was like, Are you kidding me?!

I'm not Jen, but I can offer insight that may calm your broken heart. First of all, if you are on a twin flame journey, understand the connection is divinely protected. 3rd parties are irrelevant. However, karmics are necessary for ALL twin flame connections. Second, separation is necessary for all twin flame connections. It's not a pause; it's an ending. Your journey begins with the separation. It no longer has anything to do with your counterpart. Spirit forces the separation to give space for your internal growth. The DM does not begin his/her journey until you ascend. It is not a fairytale. It is painful, difficult, and lonely. Most separations last years or even decades.
