Yes 17 months ago I had a major stroke lost all movement on my right side. There is a playlist of my recovery that's also got stealth camping in it. This bloke is brilliant the endings really make me chuckle 🤗...I've always loved the look of those covered bridges in America it's something we don't have in Britain...that burger was pure decadence there's another brand of brioche waffles I used to buy in the UK and they're larger than the brand tony used but it still worked really well and the napkins master touch👍... great upload really enjoyed watching....there's a couple of British wild campers that if you've not heard of you might like 1👍 Kent survival, usually cooks Great food,2👍 Simon a bloke in the woods,chilled camper 👌👌👌🏴🏴🏴.....

You really picked a great spot. That would be a great place to revisit in the winter when we have some snow. That's if you can get down there without making too many tracks.
It's also great to see the cutting board making an appearance again. I'm so thankful that it is something you can use in many different scenarios.

Those Pegs are usually made out of Locust i think its one of the strongest woods i guess . Sweet bridge brother god bless
I did not know that but that makes sense yes Locust was used even for fence posting because of how solid of a wood it was so that only makes sense with the pegs. Yes this was a great spot

That was a beautiful place. You just don't see a old-school covered bridges anymore they are pretty rare. BTW try claussen pickles they're in the refrigerated section at your supermarket. I bet they will get a 2.0 approval. LOL
Yes this was a great spot and you do not see a lot of these old covered bridges especially that are still operational and allowing cars to go over. I will definitely have to try those pickles

Since the burgers are not falling apart, just use them as the bun and put the waffle between them. Sounds good to me.

I used to camp at a covered bridge, Pack Saddle Bridge in south east Pennsylvania
Had a great mountain stream with a pool 30 ft across and cold, cold water

Covered bridges cool,interesting and becoming extinct, I started touring them here in Ohio back in the early 80's I think there is just a little over half of them left here today.

Oh wow yes Pennsylvania has a lot of covered bridges there's many many that are taken care of and being restored and preserved great history as most of them were from the late 1800s

This reminds me of once needing to stop driving in the bush & I spotted a camp ground that was closed but the facilities were open. We limbo-ed under the barriers & used the restrooms / showers then spent some good money in the vending machines. We set up our swags under the footbridge & as it was raining but the bridge had rivet holes. We cleaned up our mess & were gone after dawn.
Now that sounds like an epic adventure
@@randomadventures2.0 This was a paid campground where you paid fees. The shower block / amenities block was just off the entrance way so we found the footbridge close by & set up for the night there.

Yes back 17 months ago the March bridge challenge was my first ever stealth camping Alliance challenge that I participated in 27 hours before my stroke.
That was a really cool adventure. It is something I would certainly enjoy if I could get out for it. So I will just have to keep camping through you. I do know that area so I will be looking for that bridge next time we visit Knoebels. 😀
Hey brother thank you so much and I really enjoy you coming along on these videos yes next time you're at Knoebels go past the parking lot area about 3 miles you'll come to an intersection and you turn right you can see the covered bridge from that intersection.

When handling raw meat with bare hands always wash the hands before touching any other foods, bottles or cans - you can cross contaminate those items... Just looking out for you Tony!!!!!!

Thank you so much yeah it was a great spot and definitely I'm glad it had that shelf there I didn't have to break the table out that worked out perfectly. If it rains a lot I think this Creek comes up fast I would have been okay with the hammock cuz I don't think it would get up that high and it would take quite a bit of rain but this Creek has flooded in fact the amusement park has been flooded quite a few times but they always come back and rebuild. I'll see you on the next one Sunday night I'm going to be talking about the next video that I just finished two nights ago

Devils spit pickles from famous Dave's would be worth a try if your looking for a spicy pickle. I'm off on Saturday to do my own little stealth camp. I am a stay at home mom and every 3 weeks, I get a day to camp, and it's my weekend (it will be 31°)!!!!

Oh awesome in fact we've got a lot of covered bridges in Pennsylvania however not all of them have a big area where you can get underneath and reach up to tie off the hammock this one was just perfect there is another one that I'm looking at that I found prior to this one I've got to do a little bit more scouting on that one

You pick some cool places to stealth camp and to camp. Things must be a little more safer up there than in Texas. We have the homeless and illegal aliens here. All these illegals have got to be somewhere. I do plan to try some stealth camping when it gets a little cooler. Really enjoy your videos and the places you pick to stealth camp. I do hope your subscribers increase and grow. I did have the chance to try the Louisiana Crunch Cake. The way I fixed it, it was good. Keep the videos coming Tony.
Yes definitely a little safer than your area I know when I drove across America I would have done more stealth camping on the lower States but I was a little unsure

I’m cooking cheese burgers Sunday they got cheese already in them and made from Walmart . Hopefully my dad let me grill them instead grilling on stove . U should try the cheese burgers with cheese in them

Good video. Please tell me why do you have covered bridges? Whats the reason? Im from England so we don’t have them but i have seen many in movies 🤣. Rather personal here but my mother has had 3 strokes so its amazing to watch you. You obviously have some minor disabilities but you’re strong as f..k. Hope you dine mine me saying. In Pennsylvania most of our covered bridges are from the middle 1800s I believe the reason for the covered part of the bridge was to protect the deck itself where it would be protected from the harsh elements of the Sun rain snow ice and they would last much longer. A lot of ours have been restored but most of all of the beams are original there used to be lots more but there is a good bit still left and also being restored some have been moved to different locations as roads would be widened but some of them are still in use as single Lane Bridges

I'm not sure what the GPS location is but if you look on a map and find Knoebels Grove it will be out the road from the parking area
