Jodie's just finished zooming around on the snow for The Jump, can't get any more busy than that really!
We bonded over our fussy eater sons, no matter what we do they turn their nose up at anything remotely healthy!
I gave a few tips to Jodie all about how almonds are full of fibre, what more can you ask for in a snack? Jodie loves almonds because she's a self confessed nibbler. Nibbling on healthy snacks throughout the day helps you stop overeating at meal times.
Jodie's about to zoom off into an ever busier schedule when she gets back into car racing, her 3 year old son will be very impressed.
