      Thank you so much Val, lovely to hear from you and I really appreciate your kind comment:) I will indeed say hello to the lad! Battersea Park took me by surprise as I didn't realise how lovely it is, although the autumn colours definitely helped. I hope you are well, all the best, Angela

    Hi Angela
    Loving the walk. We did this walk out last time in London. Seeing more of the park then what areas we did. Looked like a lovely day to do a walk. Enjoying the history of the area. Look forward to the next walk. Take care Chris and Sandra of Canada.

      It's a beautiful park in what is a new area for me. Yes, we got very lucky with the weather, it's pouring with rain here now! The history of that area is fascinating. All the best, Angela

    Hello Angela! Ibrahim in Canterbury here. How are you and how is your Mum doing? I shall be going on the stationary bike today for about 60-70 mins so your video is perfect timing. This may turn out to be a rather spooky workout, though one of my spookiest was from a certain Walker we all Watch who filmed the streets of London at around 2am! Speaking of London, mum and I will be at London Olympia this coming Thursday for Spirit of Christmas. We've attended in past years too, which I'm sure will come as no surprise to you. We are also back at London Olympia two more times this year, namely for Ideal Home Show Christmas as well as the huge Vegfest. Plus we will venture into London to see the city decorated for Christmas. Will include such places as Fortnum and Mason, the Burlington Arcade, Harrods, Carnaby Street. Covent Garden, Oxford Street, Regent Street, a classic London bus Christmas lights tour and many other places. Still undecided about Hyde Park Winter Wonderland. All this will be spread out over several days. We are also attending many other events outside of London such as the Christmas lights at Kew Gardens, Blenheim Palace, Wisley gardens, Bedgebury Pinetum, Leeds Castle in Kent, Walmer Castle and others. Oh and four nights in Birmingham to attend a massive classic car show at the NEC as well as the Birmingham Christmas market which is the largest German style Christmas market outside of Germany. We also like to visit garden centres at Christmas as they are very nicely decorated just like back in Vancouver and around Seattle! So as you can see we will be very busy and this is not even a complete list! Oh and we also want to ride the new Elizabeth Line and explore some of the new stations. Actually I would love to explore many of the old stations too, such as Victoria...and reminisce about that video of yours that got me hooked onto your channel! Oh and of course the new Battersea Shopping Centre. Anyhow I have rambled on here but seeing a new video from you always brings out my enthusiasm for all these things. I will get going for the day now and do my workout soon. Will you be watching Frasier this morning?
    Ibrahim has left the Building! 🙂 (With apologies to Kelsey Grammer)

      Hello and I hope the walk suited your workout perfectly:) I absolutely love the list of places you visit, perhaps I need to contact organisers to see who would be open to be filming at some of them! I must admit, I do worry about people going out filming at 2am! But what amazes me is the amount of people just out and about at that time. I loved Battersea Park and will definitely return. So far, each attempt to film in the power station hasn't quite worked out, but I'll get there. Hope you are both well. All the best, Angela

    Watched your walk yesterday late. Iam not familiair with that part of London actually not familiair with the most parts of the city although its a very nice place, nice park. You were saying that you are going to make a separate walk on the battersea powerplant. Looking forward to it. Pink Floyd made it quite famous with their albumcover.

      Due to my late response, I've already made and uploaded the Battersea Power Station video by now! Battersea Park is rather a hidden gem and now that there is a tube station at Battersea Power Station then it is very accessible for a lovely walk, or to make a long loop around Chelsea across the bridges. All the best, Angela

    Hello Angela
    We will watch this video a little later from now. It was great to see you on haygo this morning. I was sitting in my car on my way to work waiting for Sandra when I sign in. I was waving at you when you turn the camera to say hello. I did try to watch the video on my lunch but I could not fine it. Is just for live videos and or can you move it to CZcams afterwards? Take care Chris and Sandra of Canada.

      Hey there Chris and thank you SO MUCH for dropping into my live video yesterday on Heygo, I really appreciate you taking the time. I was quite anxious doing a live tour, but it seemed to go well and I got some good reviews. I'll do another later in the week in Kingston. Can I ask what days and times are you available so I can schedule a tour that you can attend? All the best, Angela

      @ChattyWalkswithAngela  Před rokem

      Sorry, I forgot to add, Heygo tours are only live, they are not archived. But the tours I am doing on Heygo are ones I am doing or have already done on CZcams, usually in a shortened form. So the Heygo walk yesterday is a shorter version of the one I recorded for CZcams that was uploaded yesterday. Angela
