the Song Believe for it touched my heart and quickly became part of my soul.. the first time I heard it was on the radio, I landed on it scanning through the stations the day after hurricane IDA made landfall just south of New Orleans. I was trying to listen to the news to hear about all the damage and to figure out If I still had a home to go to learning that my town was hardest hit and was underwater. Anyway, it was the same broadcast over and over, so I scanned the radio stations..I stopped when I heard Ms CeCe's voice as I am so familiar with it..then I heard the Chorus and the words, the most Powerful words being sung by the absolute most angelical voice God has ever gifted to resound his holy name including all who accompany Ms Winans.. Vocal, instrumental, and the god given words and inspiration as well as the dedication of Mr Dwan Hill and friends. Unfortunately it was the very end of the song I was so incredibly moved I wanted to hear more..we didn't have power, cell phone signal, or internet so I couldn't look up the title of the song I only knew who's familiar voice I heard. Who would have thought Two weeks later that the song Believe for it was going to be the song that was my saving grace through one of the toughest events that I would ever face.. The unexpected death of my six and a half year old Canine, ALEX.. he was my son, my best friend, the reason I am alive today. My heart broke and my soul severely damaged. Alex was all I had and was all I needed and desired in my life, he was my first dog his soul was beautiful, his heart was good and his personality like none other.. I thank God for my Aunt, she was my rock she held me together... Believe for it has sheltered me through the pain, has lifted my spirit and continues everyday to lift my spirit and most importantly it has helped to repair my damaged soul.. But hear this... with the devastation from the Hurricane and the loss of my Fur Baby which was the greatest blessing that could only come from heaven I have never lost faith in the Almighty God, I am pushing forward. I have my ups and downs, more downs than ups especially being the Christmas Season which is my favorite.. I hope I didn't say too much. but I just had to share my story and give credit where credit is due and give thanks to God for the amazing gifts he has given to all of you in creating such powerful song with the most powerful words from God. May the good lord continue to Bless Your every Breath!

Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart". Amen Hallelujah! I believe for it!
