Mongolia has thing like uber called UBcab. and very easy to catch taxi just hold your hand up like how you do in your country. Unofficial taxis will stop

When we were there we noticed a lot of Korean writing, flags, festivals and even streets and city districts named after Korea, for example, Seol, which is where all the night life is.
