US does not care about climate like EU does. This is why we have AdBlue. This is why we have different categories of cars. Euro 1,2,3,4,5,6. Bigger the number better for climate. We almost have no cars with huge engines. Just the rich people can afford it cuz of taxes. Smaller the number bigger the taxes.

You should go to countryside , taste our national drink airak which is kumis. You can find bottled one in supermarkets

Mongolian national drink is also kumis which we call airag made with fermented horse milk. You can easely find it in countryside, even bottled one in supermarkets
