I'm glad the views have tanked. I hope the higher ups realise how bad they fucked up, but, to be honest, the only thing that would make me subscribe again is if the company was bought out or a lot of higher ups got replaced
15k views in a day for a channel with 3 million subscribers is not good rip car throttle
Each video since Jack and Ethan left has got less and less views, it shows the higher ups at CT that this channel owed it success to all the lads who left, and they should have supported them rather then trying to limit them
The old crew of Car Throttle was awesome, but to be honest as an OG fan these guys are not that bad. Keep it up guys, you will get there!

Dead? Not as dead as this channel.
I have a Charger R/T 5.7. Is it sophisticated? No. Is it light? Nope. Fuel efficient? Not really. Are there faster V8s out there? Yep.
So why do I drive the damn thing daily? It's loud. It's dumb. It's bright blue. And the torque kicks like a mule. Cars are about stats now instead of how they make you feel, and that's a bit sad honestly, because every time I cold start my car I start grinning like a dumbass. You can't replace that feeling with a "quicker" car.
I have a 2014 Mustang GT convertible. 6 Speed. And I feel the same exact way. Especially those cold starts…
One day the boring haters will stop leaving comments and actually unsubscribe like they say - that day can’t come soon enough.
Fair enough if you don’t like the channel, but just move on. Some of us will continue watching this, just as we watch Alex, TDC and All the Gear. Those guys were great, but some of us are prepared to give this ‘new’ show a chance. They seem to be doing fine at the moment.
The world needs less hate - if you don’t like the show now, simply stop watching.

@@thabg007 They have the cheek to not be the previous presenters who have left to start their own channel. Just like Top Gear, people can’t get over that there are new people here. You can still go and watch previous presenters with the own new channels, but apparently that’s not good enough, some need to give hate to the new guys on this channel instead.

The general rule of thumb is every 10 years the car industry drops 2 cylinders in their supercars, to keep the petroleum comsumption stable but fair to the producers. Eventually it will be 4 cylinders and the price of petrol will be 15x the price we pay now.

New owners of Car throttle have clearly said "Look channels going in new direction, no money, no budget" Just 2 guys and a camera. They thought they'd get the views with out spending no money, now they got no viewers, no channel, no content, no host any significant amount of people will bother to watch. I believe this is why so many people are bothered by the way the channel has been handled by new owners

old team made their own channels. if you want the Porsche look for autoalex it features on there but it will be on TDC ( Top Dead Centre ) channel

I doubt this channel will make it. This is no hate at all, but considering the amount of views lately and the fact that I haven't even really noticed these last couple of videos in my feed, I am not very optimistic. It will be hard to create content as entertaining and digestible as Auto Alex, TDC and ATG, which are basically the only car channels I am subscribed to.
Forget V8, what about V10 engines!

Government mandates are doing their best to put pressure for v8s to go away but for industrial trucks & equipment the V8 is still one of the best options out there.
Not really.. If you want your engine to last, you spec it according to the usual load, so that the engine is under a proper load instead of never heating up and getting a regen on the DPF. Therefore truck engines are also more often than not something else than V6/8...

8:22 eFuels simply will never be viable for an everyday car. The only market for eFuels is where electrification for a vehicle is not yet possible & classic cars for a bit of weekwnd driving.
eFuels when burnt have exactly the same emissions as regular fuel. to make eFuels you use huge amounts of electricity hence the high cost. eFuels will NEVER be cheap enough to compete with BEV's as ICE engines are so inefficient compare to electric motors.
Using electricity to produce e-Fuels (or hydrogen) is inefficient. It has and will always be more efficient and cheaper to charge a battery in a BEV............

I think this video is the first video these guys seem to feel comfortable in. But it still is a shame what car throttle execs did to the channel.
I do think they should of explained the whole situation address yes the old team have left but going forward we are going in this direction and give some back ground about themselves, they are good at what they do but it was the whole, whoa CT has finally posted but who are these 2 presenting? was kinda like ' we dont talk about it ' vibes, abit like my wifes german family when i make a joke about the war.

Why are people bothered about the others going. Just search CZcams for their channels and watch them , it's that simple. Im glad they have all left, I like their new channels and if they had all stayed with car throttle there would have been less content each week.
I WOULDN'T have given the video this title, asking for trouble. These guys are absolutely fine nothing against them but the monkeys that run behind the scenes. Even smaller channels like Epic Car Show are producing better content like this. It's worrying!

Back In 1990 the Government brought in something unfavorable called the poll tax. 18 million people protested about it and not only did it get overturned it finished that particular Government. Unfortunately these days we have a society who can't figure out what Gender they are with both hands and a torch let alone organise a protest
