My garden was blessed this year by them and I remember seeing the first egg sack carefully relocated to safer brush to hatch...seems they love our property. - the babies loved the siding on my house lol. I've learned to walk slow and observe all my time in the garden and you find many little creatures living happily there (ok I could do without all the huge spiders but I let them stay too ;) ) I do enjoy the praying mantis. ;)
Fascinating creatures. I used to see them all the time when I was a child, but haven't seen one in years.
I am pretty fasinated by them.. it was neat to see so many at a time.. hope for more this summer..
