Nice wee video montage but i think youwill find there are two errors in it. The winners in 2020-21 were a club called The rangers, who won it for the first time. And the first championship way back in the 1800s was shared. This means that Celtic currently lead by 54 wins to 53.5 by Rangers. Obviously now out of business and a team alongide third lanark and renton and st bernards, they cant add to their total. Sad.

Quite possible, which is a damning picture of the state of society today.
Celtic are the perpetrators of the biggest pedophile operation in the history of sport and about to pay out millions and millions in compensation but no one seems bothered by it.

And then at some point in the next 20 years, Rangers will pass Celtic, and some time after that, Celtic will pass Rangers...and so it will continue as it always has.

@@alexinhomg2 It won't take 20 years for Rangers to pass them again...The obvious point i'm making is, both Old Firm teams have periods of dominance, Celtic have been dominant recently, but Rangers will become dominant again, then Celtic will have their turn, and so on...
1961-62 was when the finest side ever to Grace a football pitch won the league.
Celtic will eventually take over in the most league titles in my opinion. If there squad stay injury free they will move ahead of there bitter rivals.
Then Rangers will take over some time down the road, and Celtic will then take over some time after that...and so it will continue.
And it only took their only competition to be financially destroyed for more than a decade to finally catch up

Hearts weren't the only team to suffer. Aberdeen had 18 players serving during WWI. I believe Dundee, Dunfermline and a number more were in the same position.

Then Rangers announced it would no longer sign Roman Catholic players and suddenly they became the most successful club in the most anti-Catholic country in the world. Go figure! But now, in this more enlightened era, Celtic, intrinsically far bigger than a club whose fan base is confined to the West of Scotland and loyalist areas of Northern Ireland, have re-established their historical dominance. It's the club of the worldwide Irish diaspora, and its dominance won't end anytime soon. From immigration to domination. It's a story for the ages. 🇮🇪💚🇮🇪
You’re counting both Rangers clubs trophies together I see! Do your research my friend, Glasgow Rangers with 54 titles (at least 6 tainted) were liquidated in 2012. The New Rangers have 1 top flight title.

The old rangers football club was liquidated in 2012. The rangers of today only have one top tier title.

Depressing how only two teams have won the league in almost 40 years. I suppose it's just similar to most other countries in Europe however. Portugal and Holland etc.

FIFA EUFA, SFA etc, Rangers history is a continuation, so shed your bitter tears and move on. Celtic might well overtake for now but the cycle will change back, it always does, that has been and is the nature of the game.

With proper investment in todays game and given rangers current situation I could see Celtic pulling away and not looking back - Rangers have had more titles for 100 years, that's a pretty long cucle
