Our pool deck is peeling is it paint? The color right now is bright white. We would like to change the color. Can we just paint over it?

Is the original solid color stain water-based or oil-based?

The Original Solid Color Stain is water-based. You can learn more at getnewlook.com/products/stains/original-solid-color-stain/

Please don't do your non slip like this. It's VERY inconsistent.

100%. I’m wondering if you can use a solvent based sealer and just add the non skid?

Yes, absolutely, that is actually the proper way to do it. You can broadcast on top after while it’s tacky, just make sure it gets mixed in first so you can roll it on. You’ll have really nice consistency and a proper grippy surface. Like i said you can broadcast it, but I clear it with the customer first because having too much of the grip additive will affect feel and appearance. It seems like anything that’s thrown on after never lasts as long.
