100%. I’m wondering if you can use a solvent based sealer and just add the non skid?
Yes, absolutely, that is actually the proper way to do it. You can broadcast on top after while it’s tacky, just make sure it gets mixed in first so you can roll it on. You’ll have really nice consistency and a proper grippy surface. Like i said you can broadcast it, but I clear it with the customer first because having too much of the grip additive will affect feel and appearance. It seems like anything that’s thrown on after never lasts as long.

That's the great thing about NewLook Stains. If you mess up you can always add solid stain without striping and start over.

What would you suggest to restore a modern look for old and faded stamped concrete on a front porch? Mine is like that and it's stamped with a brick red color, it looks bad. I've even pressure washed it but it still looks faded.

I was just wondering if you make any stains that dont peel off?Looks more like paint to me.Custom stencil looked good, stamped looks awful. I cant believe you would even show that.
I have agree with you that the video could have shown things better. The solid color stain is often used to transform and hide ugly or discolored concrete. Fresh, it can look to perfect, but give it a few days and it actually looks like integral colored concrete and it will not peel when installed correctly on porous concrete. We used Tiquewash, which is a powder pigmented wash (not exactly a stain). Some people like the natural look. I prefer to use our Endura Faux Fusion as a semi-transparent directly onto stamped concrete. It has special pigment technology to enhance the texture and look like an acid stain without being too opaque or too translucent. There are many wonderful projects..high profile done globally with our products. Please consider them on your next project. Thanks for watching.
