I know it's less related but here's something I do when I don't want to attend school, especially due to a dislike of my peers:
Get into the mindset of why you're at work, school, etc. You're their for you, for your own gain. You're there for a good reason, you have a purpose there, and you're being productive. First of all, well done. Second of all, that's a positive track, now let's add in a bit of creativity. Don't exactly daydream off or anything, but have fun. Make doing your work to a good standard something where you can beat a personal best. Be lightly, only lightly mind, competitive. Pretend it's part of a mission of sorts. Oh boy, it's suddenly enjoyable. Once you can actually do that, hey, what else can you do?
And that's how you get through school during lockdown where you still have to attend even when your classmates test positive and it's not safe and you just want to burn the place
