Dear Boris, I'm currently in Russia and was born here. I have enjoyed British education and have relatives in the UK.
Me, dozens of my friends and hundreds of thousands of people from all around the country have tried to stop Putin from aggression. However, the regime has turned just as violent against us as it is manifesting the violence now toward our fellow brothers in Ukraine.
We do not want this war and we do not want to live under Putin's regime but there is a war on opinion going on and people are kidnapped, turtured and killed in Russia for just expressing the opinion.
Many of us feel helpless and as we are held hostage to a mad terrorist who is too dangerous to stop. We want peace, we want to trade with western countries and be able to learn from each other.
Economic pressure on Putin is a respectable measure but officials have already declared they are going to arrest personal savings of Russian citizens if needed.
Just as Ukraine, Russia needs support against Putin's oppression. On behalf of Russian citizens I urge to not put the blame on Russian people and provide support against Putin's delusional ambitions rather than against the population of this country.

Do you like your neighbour tell outsider to come and fix CCTV cameras focusing your house of course not right. Cause it's not good . That's what Ukraine did they want join NATO then USA will built their own army base in Ukraine. So do you think Russia like it of course not. I'm not support for war. I said USA and UK should stay away from other countries issues. This war start cause of USA they play the political drama so Russia will attack the Ukraine. So I ask you why NATO not help Ukraine. Why UK not send their troops to Ukraine and help them to defend. They not cause they knows their political role in this matter. So these all media shoe is just to create hate for Russia. But truth is they all support Russia. Cause they knows if Russia decided to sanction on UK and USA their economy will collapse. There is no more UK or USA. So if USA stop before when Russia said dnt add them to NATO this war will not happen but unfortunately USA not listen they always do what they want cause USA always want war. His words make my believe that this war could end in a peaceful moment. Ukraine has been on darkness for a long time. Ukraine has been begging to see a little light of freedom and sovereignty. That one light is not *YET* found. For now, it's war. It's tragedy. It's terrible! Very horrific. I pray for Ukraine that this war will never *EVER* end in Russia's favour.
