    LEDGlow's Advanced Million Color Motorcycle LED Light Kits utilize ultra-bright, surface mounted RGB LED technology allowing all the included color modes to be extremely vibrant and bright for added visibility and a custom style that is second to none. The featured SMD LEDs are so remarkable that even when looking directly at each flexible strip you cannot see the three separate LEDs that are used to make each individual solid color!
    Each 6pc-20pc Advanced Million Color Motorcycle Lighting Kit now includes a waterproof control box, (2) 4 button wireless remotes, and all installation and mounting hardware. The included control box offers incredible features that include, 15 solid color modes, 2 color cycle modes, 3 flashing modes, and 1 fading mode. The waterproof control box features a new, unique round design that measures at 1 5/8" in diameter and 5/8" in height making it extremely easy to hide under the seat. Attached to the control box is 18" of wire with a male modular connector that connects to the power harness and 12" of power and ground wires that connect to the battery. The power wire features a waterproof 2 amp inline blade fuse that protects the power circuit of the control box.
    For those riders that are really looking to stand out from the crowd, this motorcycle underglow kit can even be expanded, and allows you power a total of 250 surface mounted RGB LEDs! Each motorcycle lighting strip can be cut after every third LED for easier mounting in smaller locations. Each flexible motorcycle lighting strip features 4' of power wire, and with the included 3M tape you can bend and curve each strip to your desired mounting location. LEDGlow's LED lights for motorcycles include a one-year limited warranty and free lifetime technical support.
    LEDGlow's Advanced Million Color Wire Extensions easily connect to the power wires on your flexible SMD lighting strips to extend the 4' power wires in 1', 2', 3' or 5' additional lengths. This is perfect for larger bikes or lighting strips that are being mounted in locations further away from your control box.

    Lights look great , seems like a nice product. You asked for suggestions so here goes. Nothing about the lights but the wire ties. Instead of cutting the wire ties with side cutters , twist them where you would normally cut them with linesman ( flat nose pliers) . Just twist till the end comes off. When you do this you DO NOT leave a sharp edge that cuts you to pieces.

    How much current does this kit draw? Is there some sort of heat sink? Thanks

    So stupid connecting it directly to the battery. That's a great way to potentially drain your battery. The controller and IR receiver is constantly drawing small amount of power. And it could malfunction and cause the LEDs to turn on, on their own. AS EVIDENT by the other comments here. You really should only connect it AFTER the ACC so that it's only powered when the key is in the on position.

      How would you go about doing this?

    • @emilyflavel8219
      @emilyflavel8219 Před 6 měsíci

      Run it from the same place as your headlights, the headlights are always on when the key is in the on position, just don't forget to add a Fuse even though the headlights will have their own, you don't want a fault in your underglow to kill your headlight circuit

    Hi there I install this product, he worked very well for two weeks. But now the lights were just turn on by them self flashing. I want to know what it might be a power supply issue? If I hold down any of the buttons the lights will stop flashing as soon as I let go of any pain or just continue to flash I had to disconnect it from the controller. Do you have a solution for this? Thank you

      @ledglow  Před 3 lety +1

      Double check where the kit is powered. You might need to select a different 12-volt power source.

    Hey so I have an interesting issue. I bought the kit, installed it just like how you guys instructed in the video and about 2 weeks later my battery died. I've since replaced my battery but am afraid to reinstall the lights in fear that it would drain my battery again. Any idea what could've caused it to die?
    Note: My battery has not been replaced since I've bought the bike brand new in 2017. But I don't think that could be the reason.

    • @ledglow
      @ledglow  Před 3 lety +3

      It could have been the battery. If the bike is going to sit for an extended period of time, for more than a week or so, we do recommend disconnecting the light kit. If you're using the bike a lot, then there should be no issues.

      We recommend keeping them clear of the exhaust for sure but if they are are mounted on a frame rail or something that is near the exhaust then it will be fine. Just dont mount them directly onto the exhaust.
