PSA: I don't recommend buying these accounts. Even though they're pretty safe, there's always a chance of getting banned. Also all of the primogems are from map exploration (they run a bot to explore the entire map, that's how they can sell so many accounts) so even though you're starting with 40k primogems you would have gotten those primogems anyways by just exploring on a regular account.
You aren't getting any extra primogems, you're just getting the primogems earlier than you would normally.

Just recently bought one for $15 in a different site. and it have 54K primogems, 120 Intertwined fate and about 90 Regular fate. Honestly the only downside is grinding the account because the account only have starter character at lvl 40 and it's ar 50 so the enemy is.. Quite tanky... What this doesn't say is that it's "technically" against TOS and can get you banned. Though I highly doubt you'll lose the account if you *do* purchase through sites like these, there's always a risk.
And also- these accounts mainly use *hacks* to get most of the primos and exploration. Every single account (so far I've seen), has a party usually consisting of Traveler, Kaeya, Lisa, and Amber in your party @ around level 40/50, them being the only ones leveled and having Abyss at 8-3.

Basically if you go into coop with that kind of account don’t tell anyone you bought it bc it’s the terms of service and people will report you so maybe say if you have like a level 1 five star charaters at AR 51 say you were doing a challenge by saying I was changing my charaters until that AR for example 51
