    Second Amendment rights. I see his point but when I was young there was no drug culture, no TV or video game violence. That's the problem.

      Humm, violent crime is drastically down across the country since 1993. Some theories of lead paint removal. Don't believe me, look up the stats. The media is hyping the violence that remains, likely stemming from the remaining old buildings in the city with lead paint.
