Anderson Silva is the best ever, only people involved in fighting sport are ebale to understand de difficulty of his style and trying to emulate him it´s a waste of time, nobody can dodge strikes like a ninja and at the same time strike with that super accuracy level.
If you can envision it, and have the courage to speak it, it will happen.
Anderson Silva is the goat I’m not just saying cuz I’m Brazilian I grew up watching him and he’s always been the best

Step 2: throw a leg kick without throwing any punches and throw it slowly, but as hard as you can, and there you have it, a broken leg

I have a bit of trouble with this and I want to better my stand-up game because I'm predominantly a ground fighter (brazillian jiu jitsu) and I'm working on my stand-up game but this is one thing I'm having trouble getting the hang of. Muhummad Ali used the same slipping technique, luring the opponent in with a defenseless stance, slipping the punch and counter striking. His technique was called the anchor punch if I recall.
