Lol I’m pretty sure this is my grandma considering her age, her name, where she was located, and that growing up her hair has always been crazy long. And that this looks exactly like my grandmother haha.
Yes, Cindy cut way too much too soon. She was moving to a warm climate, so she had it cut. But she will forever be an icon for folks who love super long hair on women. Just like Debrajo Fondren. Her hair was also lopped to normal length after she became famous, but we will never forget her!!
