Recommendation for older MTV dating show: Room Raiders, early - mid 00s era if I had to take a guess. It's a show where one person goes through the bedroom of 3 people and picks which one to date. Hilariously dumb in my opinion. Because some obviously planted things and corny dialogue.

Aisha Tyler is very much still around. Most consistently, she's the voice of Lana Kane on Archer. She was on the Talk and the new version of Whose Line is it Anyways. She pops up constantly.
Also weirdly MCd the Ubisoft E3 conferences for a number of years.
The other voice of _The 5th Wheel_ was Tom Gottlieb -- THE Tom Gottlieb of Jellyvision/Jackbox fame.

I LOVED Jimmy's instant swap to calling Aisha Taylor "Charlie" once he remembered her from Friends I watched this show religiously as a youth. I don't ever remember being confused about what was going on or the concept. Watching as an adult, I can see how people would be easily confused. Perhaps I was just used to the frenetic pace of MTV dating shows at that point?

I feel like THIS is the show George Lopez should've hosted hahaha. Aisha Taylor seems like a news anchor who had to cover for the host last-minute just for this one episode, but she's professional and smooth enough to make it look natural.

I’ve watched a lot of Jimmy and Jake and for some reason, this is one of my favorite things they’ve put out. I think it’s because they are so disoriented by the pace and ridiculous premise of this show. It’s a masterpiece of confusion and I’m here for it.
