What does E1F7 mean? (Splendide Washer) Travel America/Full-Time RV/RV DIY/RV USA (Live 2 Journey)

- So our brand new Splendide washer, less than 6 months old, stopped working on us. We got the E1F7 error code and there is nothing online or in the manual on this, so once I figured it all out, I decided to make this video on the fix.

THANK YOU!!!!! We used ours washer for 4 months and got the error codes, even though ours were a little different, The company sent 2 boards and a few other things. "just in case". lol. After this video I'm confident that my husband and I can fix this ourselves. A company wanted $150 service and $150 per hour to fix it. UGH!

We just experienced this error code after 7 months of use. Thanks for the vid. This may be our problem too.
Yeah if you got the E1F7 it's gonna be that board. You should still be under warranty and to their credit, Splendide got the part to me within several days. Glad this helped!
Just called Splendide, they are sending me a new module. Great information!
FYI… the same issue just occurred again. They sent me another wiring module and a new motor.
We are having this problem as well with the same codes except we have clothes and water inside and it will not unlock!! I’ve tried everything. I appreciate your video.
Did you try the tab that you have to unscrew and pull on bottom right of machine?
Otherwise I think ours reset after we unplugged the machine overnight.
I’m not sure what tab you were referring to?
There is a gray plastic tab on bottom right of machine if you pull that bottom panel off. It has a screw in it. If you remove the screw and pull down on that tab it's supposed to be a mechanical release for the door.
Did you already try unplugging and while unplugged hold down the power button for 30 seconds
What should I do if the washer is not draining water?
I would call the company. Have you checked to see if your drain line is clogged?
Have you cleaned your filter out?
@@Live2Journey Im going to check the drain line before I call the company. Sucks that I have to take the screws out and pull the whole unit out to check the drain line.
@@Live2Journey I pulled out the filter plug on the front of the unit, and there was no filter in there. Just the screw out plug.

Pretty sure I got the instructions same day I called. There were also instructions in the package.
