Same as many other cars and vans that use the PSA 1.4 and 1.6 diesel engine. Hdi/Tdci/D4D engines
Ford Fiesta TDCI / Ford Focus / Peugeot 206 / 107 / 306 / 307 / Partner / Berlingo / Mini Cooper D / Citroen
Citroen C1 1.4 HDI, Toyota Aygo 1.4D, Peugeot 107 1.4Hdi etc (Same engine/process, just a tighter engine bay)
Service kit used was purchased from Zakautoparts on eBay
Please note that at one point I state that the oil filter “nipple” has to be aligned, but it actually aligns itself as the filter is turned into place. - Auta a dopravní prostředky

Well done, yesterday i did a service on a Jag XF 2 2 diesel, it took me half the time to remove the 6 screws on the undertray !! What a pain getting them back on !
My mums C Class is a pain in the arse for that. Tbh, I’d probably vacuum it out if I do it next time as the filter is at the top too and pretty sure the sump is plastic if I remember right so don’t particularly like the idea of disturbing it if I don’t need to 😬

The tripod makes a massive difference I think, I’ve used it a lot on my recent videos and every time I use it I think of you ❤️
I’m undecided on the pug yet. I was gonna get rid of it, but it’s proving just too useful so far and it does loads of MPGs. It’s so slow and boring though.
I do potentially have a solution to that issue though.

Please forgive my ineptitude and ignorance, but is this the engine found in the diesel variants of the mk1 Aygo/C1/107?
It is, identical engine in fact as far as I can tell.
But for some reason with an extra 15bhp or so.
Now....since i own a Fiesta 1.4 TDCI which is a Peugeot engine..a good one and used to own o Volvo 1.6 D2 which is also a Peugeot engine( Hdi) i know for a fact 😅😅😅😅 that on these you are better off inserting the oil filter first and then the plastic cap. Pretty sure you know why....😊😊😊
Yea I know what you mean. As long as the filter isn’t damaged you should be ok to insert it into the cap first. I think the issues with them come when people squash them forcing them into the cap. The pip is designed to self align but sometimes doesn’t. You can generally feel if it is or not though when screwing the cap down.

Looks same engine like on mazda2 1.4 cdti and fiesta. I know is same but in the end, was build from who? Ford or PSA? 🙄
Yes I believe it is the same engine as in the Mazda. It’s a PSA engine as far as I know

For the first time since the channel started, I’ve been making more videos not featuring the C1 than those featuring it.
I do enjoy making the c1 videos more, especially the dumb ones but I’ve had a lot of other shit jobs to do recently so might aswel make a video of them whilst I’m at it 🤷♀️
