So very well deserved. I'm happy for your gma. I actually just paid off my '96 double wide home. Bought it brand new😊 only took me 27 years with a 35 yr loan. I remember the preparation and excitement of mine coming in. Anything can be accomplished with God leading the way. *Sadly, I just listed my acreage. Toyota bought 3200 acres surrounding my little 12 acres. The more construction going on; it's difficult. I've been here 47.5 years. My plan is to donate the home to homeless veterans. (Since the home & land are deeded separate)* My heart is full of happiness knowing that this is so well deserved. God Bless your family❤

Some people may think that your mom shouldn't be working so hard at her age. What they fail to realize is, the older we get, remaining active keeps us healthy physically and mentally. The biggest mistake one can make is to retire and do nothing. Working is apart of who she is, and if you were to take that away from her is like taking her life away. She is my favorite CZcams mom. Tim is a blessed man not because of anything but his obedience and his commitment to God in every way. He is so blessed to have a mother who is still capable. My mom isn't able to do a lot of work, but she does what she can. I am so happy to see how Tim is taking care of his family spiritually first, then physically by providing for them with pride, joy and humility. Congratulations to you grandma, you truly deserve it. A lot of us want to be blessed like you are but, a lot of us aren't willing to make the sacrifices and commitments required to be in the positions of blessings. The greatest lesson I believe that is taught through your videos is obedience, commitment, humility and total trust and belief in God's Word, Will and Purpose for our lives. Ms Lillie's vision is going with my heart ❣️ I've cried and I can see her wood stove in both rooms 💕 the corner cabinet for her family pictures and what nots💕 collectibles. That china cabinet was my favorite part of the kitchen when you all first looked at the house ❤ The house looks so wonderful on the property; her backyard view is awesome. I'm 69years old in October and living vicariously through Ms Lillie for real; I grew up in Mississippi my family moved north when I was 10 * she's living my dream. I've been following your son and family now I'm following you. It was exciting for me to get my house built after the storm in Tuscaloosa Alabama. And now just to see someone have that same mentality and feeling I had when I was going through it all. I didn't have the help you had I had to do it all myself. But with the grace of God and him being by my side and holding my hand and not let him go I made it through and I am enjoying my home. Went through something tragedy but came out with a large blessing. I was patching up the old house I bought and the Lord has blessed me with the brand new one that I got to live in first. God is good and he's good all the time.

That’s so awesome to finally see grandma’s house finally on her property. It was great to meet Melissa also 😊. My personal opinion for grandma’s kitchen would be open it all the way up with new cabinets and a big island in the middle with all her family sitting around it 🥰

Congratulations! You purchased our home...that we have lived in since it was new. We LOVE IT. We still have our original cabinets, but I painted the gold trim to look like the wood, and put a few layers of polyurethane on them after restaining (after a few years.) yes, I DID restain mine even though they are not wood. I sort of wiped the stain off with a sponge to make it look kind of wood grained. Since,they look and feel
like real wood ever since. Also, have considered painting them again, just for a change. On our ceilings, we thought we would have to replace our ceilings from some water staining after we put a new metal roof on it. Till we could do it, we decided to spray our ceilings with some straight PEROXIDE (we put it in a garden sprayer) and behold! All of the water stains came out. That was a few years ago and we STILL have not repainted our ceilings. We did also pull the vertical strips from the walls in the 90s and sealed the cracks and painted like a house. It turned out that our wall "boards" were actually wall papered dry wall! Another thing: we replaced water faucets and fixtures with regular house fixtures and I still LOVE MY EFFICIENTLY designed floor plan. We also replaced our flooring, too. I agree with everyone...PRAISE ALMIGHTY GOD for HIS blessings. They couldn't come to a better family!
