Where should the Dallas Stars fall in the final Power Rankings of the regular season?

- The Dallas Stars are the #1 team in this week's NHL Power Rankings by The Athletic. In today's episode of Locked On Stars, Joey gives his thoughts on the rankings and where he thinks the Stars belong. Other teams in the conversation are the Presidents Trophy winners in the New York Rangers, Florida Panthers and the Boston Bruins. Where do you think the Stars rank amongst the best in the NHL. In the second segment, we take a look at Roope Hintz's case to win the Selke this season. He has never been in the top five in his career, but that could change. This year Hintz has taken a bigger workload this year with Radek Faksa taking a step back under the Pete DeBoer era. It will be tough to win against players like Sam Reinhart and Alexander Barkov for the Panthers, but he should be in the conversation. Finally, we look at the possible first round matchups for the Stars once again. A lot could change in the final few days of the season which could see the Stars taking on the Los Angelas Kings, Vegas Golden Knights or even the Nashville Predators. I only care about the Stars being the last team standing by mid to late June.
I can't say i'd rather have LA over VGK. I feel like Benn has a score to settle with VGK that gives them an edge. BUT, gotta get Roope cashing in on breakaways again (i.e. dangerous), get the right mix on defense as well as some damn puck luck. Oetter has his own score to settle. No golf. No bullshit. Let's just do this. Roope hasn't had a Selke season so i sure hope he has a Selke playoffs and proves his playoffs last year were no fluke. To continued health, Stars!
I hope VGK does indeed jump LAK, and has to play the Oil. Probability states it's more favorable for boys in Victory Green. Go STARS!

We beat the jets 3 times.. you think we're scared now cuz they beat us last week... pffff goooood luck. Dallas is better then Winnipeg no disrespect to them either they are a great team and those 2 wins vs dallas and colorado were ultra impressive I can't lie.
last year stars swept vegas in the regular season and they almost swept us in the playoffs. Anything can happen this year if it's la or vegas

@@georgehe1473 Dallas has improved a great deal this year I donr believe Vegas has.. I didn't think dallas was the best in the west heading into the playoffs last season... this year I actually do but we will see.. let's goooo !!
